Welcome to Sugar Beach Cottage! Located in the heart of Destin's Crystal Beach neighborhood, this home is the perfect spot for any beach getaway. Only a short walk to the beautiful white sand beaches!

Inside the Home
1st Floor: The spacious living room includes plenty of comfortable seating as well as a large flat screen smart TV for entertainment. One of the living room couches is a sofa sleeper for extra sleep space. The inviting kitchen and dining area features a bright and open layout, great for mealtime with family and friends! The laundry room is just off the kitchen and includes a new washer and dryer. There is a half bathroom on the first floor as well.
Upstairs:
The first bedroom upstairs features a king bed, flat screen TV, beautiful private bathroom with double vanity and clawfoot tub, and private access to covered balcony.
The second bedroom upstairs features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, private access to balcony. This room also includes a bunk nook which has it's own flat screen TV and a twin sized bunk bed.
The third bedroom upstairs is a bunk bed room that has a twin-over-full bunk bed.
The second and third bedrooms share a hallway bathroom, which is a full bathroom with shower/tub.
Additionally, the house comes with a pack-and-play portable crib for little ones.

Outside:
This home features a private pool and plenty of relaxing outdoor space, including a screened-in back porch patio. Between the covered porches/balconies on the front of the house and the inviting backyard oasis, Sugar Beach Cottage is perfect for those wanting to spend time outdoors!

We also have a limited collection of pool and beach gear for guest use (cooler, beach wagon, pool floats/noodles, beach chair, etc.).

-For beach lovers, it's a short walk to the Shirah St. beach access.
-For shopping/dining, Destin Commons is less than 1 mile away.
-Nearby restaurants: Crab Trap Destin, Camille's, Beach Walk Cafe, and many others within walking distance!
-Many nearby parks with playgrounds for the kids: Henderson Beach State Park, James Lee Park, Captain Leonard Destin Park.

-Property accommodates 2 vehicles parking.
-Home has sleeping accommodations for 11, but max occupancy is 10.
-No smoking allowed at the property.
