Our house will be a blast for your group to gather for a BBQ dinner in our big outdoor dining set with umbrellas with the view of our beautiful pool. And what about grilling your marshmallow by our Breo smokeless firepit. We can’t wait to welcome you to enjoy all these wonderful experience in our house!

Our state-of-the-art kitchen with all utensils needed for you to cook your delicious meals.
Other things to note
* House Rule
- Please no event/party without approval
- Quiet hours outside starts at 10:00pm. We want to make sure we are not disturbing the neighbors but still have a good time.
- Gatherings of more than the confirmed number of people, including both overnight guests and visitors, without prior notice and approval, are not allowed.
- No jumping on the bunk bed. Children must be at least 6 years old to sleep on the top bunk.
- Pet fee $75/each for 2 dogs maximum. Cats are not allowed. Do not leave your pets unattended
- No illegal substances/ activities allowed on the property. Violation will result in the reservation being terminated immediately without refund.
- No smoking allowed inside the house.

* Pool rule:

- Guests assume acknowledge the presence of a pool on site and assume all responsibility for use including responsibility for the safety of children and minors under the age of 18.

- Children and minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in pool area. Swim diapers required for children that are not potty trained

-Enjoy the swimming pool but swim at your own risk. No running, diving, or glass in the pool area. Deep end is 8ft and shallow end is 3ft. No children swimming without adult supervision.

- We have professional pool cleaning service on every Thursday. Please understand that leaves and other debris may fall into the pool, we have pool skimmer net for guests to use. The outside bathroom may have bugs or leaves that come after cleaning.
