Charming and Relaxing Home Near Bellaire

During your stay, you will have the entire house to yourself. This fully equipped house is located just 5 minutes to Asia town (Bellaire), 2 minutes to Westpark Tollway, and near many restaurants and markets. Enjoy time out exploring areas like Houston Museum District, shopping (The Galleria, Memorial Mall, etc.), Houston Downtown, Bellaire, etc. Or just relax staying in with our AT&T Wi-Fi and four smart TVs.

The house is prepared with all necessary items to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests.

BEDROOMS:
There are three bedrooms total. The master bedroom has one queen bed and one full bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed, and the third bedroom has another queen bed. There is one desk in each bedroom for working (3 desks total).

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS:
There is an air mattress and a cot/camp bed/military bed in the closet next to the laundry room. The sofa can be slept on as well (but cannot be pulled out into a bed at the moment). There is also a crib for babies in the master bedroom closet.

BATHROOMS:
There is one bathroom in the master bedroom, and one shared bathroom between the two bedrooms. The master bathroom has a separate standing shower and bathtub. The shared bathroom has a combined shower and tub. There are also supplies (hair dryer, soap, floor mats, etc.) underneath the sinks and in closets.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove top, oven, cookware set, microwave, rice cooker, toaster oven, pizza pan, coffee maker, blender, dinner set, drinking glasses, silverwares, condiments, sauces, seasonings, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and trash bags, etc. The fridge ice maker in the does not work, therefore we have ice trays in the freezer instead.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a sofa with an underneath storage compartment that includes extra necessities, such as pillows and blankets. Guests can also sleep on the sofa. There is a flat screen smart TV, Wi-Fi modem on the TV shelf (with Wi-Fi network and password included) , and many travel guides available to inspire your next trip!

LAUNDRY ROOM:
Laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, and iron and iron board.

GARAGE:
The garage has space to park two vehicles. You will have to open the garage doors from the inside though, as we do not have the remote. There is also a trash can and a recycling can there, you can place your trash and recyclables in these. You can pull the trash cans out to the side of the driveway for trash pickup (Trash pickup schedule on the fridge). There are also two brooms, one mop, and one Swiffer sweeper if you need to clean the floors.

FOR BABIES:
There is a crib in the master bedroom closet along with other supplies for your baby. Including baby soap, baby bath tub, baby towels, high chair, toys.
