This charming, coastal cottage with unforgettable waterfront views, is the perfect Cape Cod vacation location for 2. With only a 1 minute walk to the beach, you can enjoy the warm summer waters of Colonial Acres Beach-a hidden gem in West Yarmouth. Here you can swim, fish, kayak, paddle board or just relax on the sandy shores overlooking Lewis Bay and beyond. You won't be scrambling for beach parking as your cottage stay comes with 2 parking passes. The neighborhood is also great if you like walking or jogging.

The waterfront, common deck area, provides comfortable seating to enjoy a beverage, bbq on the grills, taking in some local bird watching or star gazing at night. There is also additional patio seating on the brick walkway.

Inside your recently remodeled, cozy cottage, you will find 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, artisan dresser and tv , 1 bathroom and a living space that includes a kitchen, comfortable seating with a pullout twin sofa bed. The coffee table also converts to a pull up table height that can be utilized as a desk or dining table. The high vaulted pine ceilings, and wooden floors add to the charm and tastefully decorated walls adorned with local Cape Cod artisans. All fresh linens, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are included in your rental . We pride ourselves on a clean cottage.
Did I mention how peaceful and picturesque it is here? This is the ideal spot to reset and recharge anytime May-Nov 1st.
* To note as of Janunary 2025, we have added a small private deck that is attached to the cottage. Here you can read a book, enjoy a beverage, or take in the views all while you feel the breezes from the ocean air.

Although you only have a 1 minute walk to the beach you are also only a 1/2 mile to the main road that takes you to some of the best coffee shops, Cape Cod restaurants, mini golf, galleries, shopping, and a 5 min. drive to Hyannis were you can catch the ferry to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard for the day. To note we are also only a 10 min drive to the Hyannis Airport / Hyannis Transportation Center. Our cottage location is called Mid Cape as we are center to just about everything!
