Eine großartige Zeit, um auf Cape Cod Urlaub zu machen. Die Herbstwochen stehen für 2019 zur Verfügung. Einfach herrliche Ganzjahresvermietung wartet auf Ihre Erholung und Entspannung in So. Yarmouth (Bass River Area) und ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Dieses Haus befindet sich in einer kinderfreundlichen Straße, die ruhig und privat ist. Das Grundstück hat einen großen Hinterhof, der auf der Rückseite und auf beiden Seiten eingezäunt ist. Dieses Haus befindet sich 0,05 mi. vom Parker River Beach, 0,06 mi. zum Sea View Beach und .75 mi. zum Bass River Beach und zum Boat Launch (Smugglers Beach). Dieses Haus im Ranch-Stil verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad und bietet bequem Platz für fünf. Dieses Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, hat Holzböden, Teppichboden und eine Veranda im Cape Cod-Stil mit Korbmöbeln. Zusätzliche Funktionen sind; Dieses Haus befindet sich in fußläufiger Entfernung zu den Einkaufszentren der Region. Es verfügt über drei lokale Golfplätze, Restaurants, einen Fitnessraum, einen Bass River Fun Park, einen Boots- und Kajakverleih sowie Angel- und Meerestouren. Über Yarmouth: Yarmouth ist eine der ältesten Städte auf Cape Cod und wurde 1637 eingemeindet. Die Stadt besteht aus vier Gemeinden, von denen jede einen anderen Charakter hat. Yarmouth hat 15 Süß- und Salzwasserstrände. Das Haus befindet sich in South Yarmouth oder im Bass River Gebiet, wo Sie einige der schönsten Strände von Cape Cod mit Blick auf den Nantucket Sound finden. Amazing house by the beach!

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and restaurants and we loved all of the personal touches throughout. The breezeway was the best with the comfy furniture (especially the chaise lounge). One of the best houses we have ever stayed in on the Cape! We loved it!

Great stay for mom and daughter trip

Very clean home and great central location to see all of Cape Cod. We met the super nice neighbor staying at the house next door, also a rental by Lynn and Steve. Liked the outdoor shower. Great stay and communication with the owners. Home was well equipped with towels, linens and kitchen items.

Great accommodations and hosts!

We had an awesome week at Summer Ayer - 6/5/21 to 6/12/21. The home is spotless and very convenient to the beach, bike trails, golf and several other Cape attractions. Short term Winter rental

This house was perfect for our short-term Winter rental. We stayed here while our own house was being renovated. Great location, fully stocked, and super clean. Despite the weather we enjoy long walks after work and this house is less than 1 mile to the Beach. The owners Keith and Lynn were wonderful and always available when we had questions. We will definitely recommend this house to family and friends.

An excellent retreat

I was going to start off with a one star review, given our Monday was a complete washout. Turns out Keith did not wave his magic wand that day. Only joking! This vacation was spectacular. On arrival: Everything we needed was provided: sheets, towels, where to eat, gas for the BBQ. This was a perfect getaway for Massachusetts residents, (or indeed anyone), everything was perfect, couldn't fault anything. We look forward to our follow up vacation next year. Everything was as advertised: South Yarmouth - Check Walk to beach - Check (we didn't, 4yr/2yr old) High Speed Internet - Check Bottom line: If you feel that you are not happy with this rental, something is seriously wrong with you. A family of 4 with high expectations exited here already looking forward to booking next year.

Amazing Family Memories in Yarmouth!

This was by far the best VRBO/Air B&B type experience we have ever had (and we've had a few). Keith and Lynn are absolutely fantastic hosts and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable for all. Lynn knew we were travelling with two young kids and went so far as to gift our children toy/plush whales as mementos of the trip. This absolutely delighted our young children beyond belief and was such a kind gesture. The accommodations themselves are perfect. As most commenters have noted, the porch is everything. Almost every meal was spent outdoors on the porch f it didn't take place at the beach itself. Oh and the beach! Such wonderful and warm beaches perfect for the family are literally 5 minutes from the door step. The neighbourhood is quiet, calm and charming. Everything you need is a skip and hop away. We were looking for a quiet and easy week away for our young family and we got exactly what we came for. None of us wanted to leave. Thank you Keith and Lynn. We'll be back!!!

October at Summer Ayer

I had the good fortune to stay at Summer Ayer in October 2023. Everything about my stay was outstanding. Booking and making payment was straightforward. The host was excellent about communicating before and during the rental period; any emails I sent received a lightning-fast response. The house and property were perfect for my month-long stay. Lynn and Keith have thoughtfully curated an amazing beach house that looks and feels like Cape Cod inside and out. The immaculately clean house is comfortable and roomy and has been outfitted with everything a vacationer could need or want. Great thought and detail went into how the house was equipped; there are plenty of pillows, bedding, towels, etc.; the kitchen has been beautifully outfitted with cookware, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. The house is decorated in a clean, casual, nautical style that constantly reminds you that the beach is just down the street. The covered outdoor patio is a great bonus space. The yard is beautifully landscaped and has a couple of sitting areas and even a hammock. The gas grill was nice to have. The outdoor shower provided a new experience. The house is situated in a cute, quiet neighborhood a couple of blocks south of Route 28. The mid-Cape location is convenient for excursions in every direction. Summer Ayer is a wonderful vacation house, and the Shaws are wonderful hosts. I hope to be able to come again in the near future!

Wonderful home for exploring Cape Cod

Keith' home was a perfect stay for exploring. We came from Germany with our two kids and after travelling a week throughout Nwe England, we felt coming really into a home. All lively arranged, very tidy and thought through till the last detail. Even Keith prepared a nice bottle of wine for us ! Whereas our kids enjoyed the spacious garden, we relaxed on the patio. There is a lovel small beach in walking siatnce (~1/3 mile) and there is plenty to explore aroung. Overall - a perfect stay !

Perfect vacation!

This home has everything and more for the perfect cape trip. My family and I could ride our bikes to the Parker River Beach, just a ten minute trip (and that is with a five year old rider)! Keith and Lynn go above and beyond for their guests, and the house was cool and comfortable for our return from a hot day at the beach! We loved eating our meals outside and enjoying the beautiful yard and brand new grill. Can’t wait to go back!

Good location for young family

This was a very clean and well decorated Cape Cod house. The accommodations work well for a couple with two children. The location is perfect for accessing the beaches and Hyannis with ferries to the islands. There are many mini golf options and restaurants as well as two full service grocery stores and drug stores very close by. The neighborhood is very quiet.

Next door to Heaven

A perfect oasis!

Spent the month of April at 50 Holly Lane and it could not have been more perfect. (Well, maybe if it was 80 degrees and sunny, but I digress.) The cottage is impeccably decorated; the wifi is adequate for working remotely; the location offers access to the beach and to most anything else you need within walking distance; and the hosts, Keith and Lynn, could not have been more communicative or accommodating. We took advantage of some challenging hiking trails (definitely check out the Sand Dune Trail in Provincetown), several area golf courses, and great takeout (Gerardi's Cafe!). All in all, Summer Ayer was a perfect oasis for these crazy times.. Thanks, Keith and Lynn for sharing your gem of a home!

Everything at the property was amazing. We knew before hand that it was off season, so surely expected and wanted the stay to be peaceful, and it was indeed. If the rain gods were more favorable, the stay could have been better.

50 Holly Lane

50 Holly Lane is a wonderful cozy cottage just minutes from the beach and local shopping, restaurants, breweries and wineries. We had all the amenities we needed, the horseshoe pits were a lot of fun and the hammock was a great place to relax. Looking forward to going back in the future!

Cozy and perfect

We love this place! It’s our second year in a row renting here and we plan to go back. The house is perfect for the two of us and is in a great location relative to everything we need. Keith is always readily available and has been prompt with answering any questions. I would highly recommend!
