I do love it when things meet expectations but it’s even better when you get more than bargained for! This is a lovely new home that was perfectly kitted out for our stay and the location made it easy to get around town quickly. It was perfect, exactly what we needed for our time in Montrose. My husband and I had to work and there was a desk in the primary bedroom and the kitchen worked great as an additional workspace as well. The owners were very communicative, and the house was very well-appointed. There were even Yeti dog bowls for Big Bertha! Very close to downtown and restaurants, which was quite convenient. Although we did a lot of cooking at home and had what we needed to cook a proper meal. Would definitely stay here again, and would suggest you give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent Stay in Montrose

This property was in a great location (appeared to be new development) and was extremely clean and nicely decorated. My husband and I didn't use the game room but it looked like it would be great for kids. The hosts were easy to contact and very accommodating. My favorite part was the lake down the street; it was very relaxing to walk down there and see and hear the birds enjoying the setting. We were very satisfied with our stay here!

Our neighborhood is just beautiful! It is tucked away in a small valley surrounded by mountain views and small ponds. A tree belt leads you down into the subdivision which makes the area feel secluded and safe. The neighborhood is friendly and welcoming and is just minutes away from downtown Montrose. It is only 20 minutes from the Black Canyon National Park and less than an hour to one of our favorite mountain town, Ouray. We love the serenity and peace we feel when we enter our neighborhood and hope you feel the same way!
