Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Clean and spacious close to downtown. Minutes to the Cerise Dog Park and Montrose Water Sports Park. You can take a hike or bike to the famous water park in Montrose. This beautiful home is equipped for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and the living room has a desk space perfect for anyone working during their stay. It has a 2 car garage where you can park your car. Fenced backyard. The house is a duplex and are both Short Term Rentals. The duplex is located in a peaceful small subdivision.
The subdivision is close distance to gas station, wine store, and convenient store. It's 4 mins away from the grocery store and downtown Montrose.
The location is central to many destinations including Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Crested Butte, Ridgway, Ouray and Telluride. Like the saying goes, Stay in Montrose and Play everywhere.

Good communication from host. Awesome place to stay! Pet friendly with a fenced in yard for dog to use. Very nice house with great room for a family. And attached garage parking for loaing and unloading your car.

We had a great time at this very comfortable and clean VRBO. A much more enjoyable way for our family to spend time in Montrose, than any hotel ever could be. The owner was so helpful and made our stay super easy.

This nice, little, cozy house felt like home the whole time we visited Colorado. Check-in was easy; the host was nice. The home was very clean. The location was in a nice neighborhood. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Beautiful home

This is a lovely home with plenty of space! Having access to the garage was great! It’s located close to so many amazing destinations without the expense like in the skiing towns. Luz was great to work with too. The one and only down side is that it backs up to a busy, rather noisy road, but we used a white noise app at night, so that helped block out the noise.

Great spot just outside of downtown

Stayed here a couple times now - Luz is very responsive, house is clean and can store bikes in the garage, dog friendly. Will stay here again on any future trips to Montrose.

Great spot in Montrose

The property was in a great location for our hiking adventures around the area. The house is very well kept, clean and has great amenities. Luz did a fantastic job checking in on us and giving us local area recommendations. I highly recommend.

The Little Gem! Adorable place, you won't be disappointed!

This is the cutest place! My husband and I, teenage son and mother-in-law were very comfortable here! And it was so nice that we all had our own rooms. Luz is a great host and communicator. It's also very CLEAN, which is wonderful. They have given careful consideration to the needs of their guests, and it is well appointed with the things you may need for a relaxing stay. Check in process was a breeze and they also send a helpful checklist for checking out. We don't get to Montrose often, but this will be our GO TO when we do! The only thing to note is that there is window in the back door (that leads to the fenced, private backyard) that is not covered, some may feel a bit weird about that,we got used to it. Book it, you will love it! :)

Hidden Gem in Montrose

This property exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and the decor was comfy and casual. The host responded quickly to our questions and gave us excellent suggestions for food options in the town and surrounding communities as well as activities and attractions to visit. It was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Luz was very communicative and accommodating. When we arrived early (not even thinking it was before check-in time), she was happy to adjust and let us in. Everything was very clean and seemed brand new! We weren't able to find any spare trash bags or toilet paper, and when I inquired, she helped us get access to these items right away. The only discrepancy would be that the listing indicates there is a blow dryer in each bathroom, but there isn't. Luckily, I had brought my own so it wasn't a big deal, but if I had relied on the one provided, it would have been frustrating. Other than that, perfect! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great, clean, new'ish duplex very close to downtown Montrose. Great spot if you want a home base while spending time in local areas like the national park. I'm giving 3 stars for "accuracy" because it said that is had a hot tub and my family was very disappointed when we arrived and it did not. When I asked the owner, they simply said "it does not" and then removed it from the listing.

I have lived in this wonderful community for over 30 years. Montrose is the best place to live. I live here and enjoy everywhere. I hike, bike and ski around the areas. I can go as far as Moab, Aspen, Vail, Crested Butte, Glenwood Springs, Durango, and Breckenridge and be back same day. I have also lived in Ouray area for about 7 years, Ridgway, Silverton, and Telluride are so familiar to me. 1990 I moved in Ouray, Colorado and worked in a hotel and restaurant industry. I was very passionate about my job. Since then I have enjoyed traveling all over the world, stayed in different types of Airbnb's, and met wonderful host. I also enjoyed international cuisines and love to cook. I always desired to have my own Airbnb and become a host. Now I am very fortunate to be your host. My experiences in the industry has given me the expertise on how to become the best host.
