The apartment hotel is located in the central of Old Montréal, home to the city's most historic and newest attractions, provides an unbeatable glimpse into city's many lives throughout its extensive history. Old Montréal and the Old Port make up one of the city’s most constantly evolving and dynamic quarters, with attractions ranging from cathedrals and museums to an observation wheel and river cruises.

THE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE PARKING.
There is street paid parking next to our building also public parking within 2-3 min walking distance from our building, I recommend you to park at the public parking if you wont use your car much as you can get daily pass from them, also if you would like to use street parking, I highly recommend you to download the Montreal parking app.

Government-Issued ID Requirement

As this is a self-check-in property, we will not be able to verify your ID in person upon arrival. To complete your booking, you must submit a valid government-issued ID (Driver’s License or Passport) as a scanned copy within 24 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. This step is mandatory to ensure the safety and security of all our guests.

Why do we need this?
It’s a standard verification process to protect both you and our other guests. Your ID will be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
What happens if you don’t provide it?
If we do not receive your ID within the required 24-hour window, we will not be able to share your check-in instructions on the day of your arrival and your reservation may be canceled with no refund.

Respect for the Property and Neighbors

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Please remove your shoes upon entering the suite to preserve the floors.
No parties or gatherings are allowed; only registered guests may enter the property.
Additional Guests

If there is a possibility of adding extra guests to your reservation, we will review your request upon contact.
If accepted, additional charges will apply.

No Smoking or Drug Use

Smoking and drug use are prohibited in the suite and within 9 meters of any doors or windows, in line with City of Montreal regulations.
No Pets Allowed

Please leave all items (such as towels, linens, and other amenities) in the suite at the end of your stay.
