Im Frühjahr und Herbst ziehen Wale direkt hinter dem örtlichen Ocean Beach Pier. Das Anwesen verfügt über zwei Hauptschlafzimmer mit jeweils luxuriösen Queensize-Betten. Zwei Badezimmer, eines davon mit Whirlpool. Darüber hinaus ein Luxus-Queen-Schlafsofa und auch eine Cabrio-Matratze. Diese Luxusimmobilie bietet Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kochgeschirr und Geschirr. Das Anwesen verfügt über einen reservierten Parkplatz, aber aufgrund unserer hervorragenden Lage sollte das Parken auf der Straße kein Problem sein. "Nichtraucher" -Zwei Kabelfernsehen, DVD, schneller Internetzugang, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine / Trockner. Es ist eine Wohnung im ersten Stock mit privater Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick. Gemeinsamer Patio mit BBQ. Zahlungsmöglichkeiten: Persönlicher / geschäftlicher Scheck, Bankscheck, Zahlungsanweisung. Auf die Mietkosten wird eine Tourismusabgabe von 10, 5% erhoben. Eine Kaution von 500 USD wird kurz nach der Abreise zurückerstattet, sobald der Schlüssel zurückgegeben wurde und die Räumlichkeiten in einem akzeptablen Zustand hinterlassen wurden. Bei der Buchung ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 500 USD und eine Rückgabe des Mietvertrags erforderlich. Verspätete Zahlungen werden mit einem Aufschlag von 100 USD berechnet. Bei einer Stornierung früher als einen Kalendermonat vor Ihrer Ankunft werden 50% der Anzahlung zurückerstattet. Alle anderen Stornierungen führen zum Verlust der gesamten Anzahlung.

What a view!

I wanted a 2 bed/2 bath property with a great ocean view for a special birthday celebration, and this fit the bill perfectly. Watching the surf, the surfers, pelicans, and sunsets was just magical. Plus it’s convenient to many San Diego attractions.

It was a very nice place. Beautiful views very relaxing. Loved listening to the waves crashing on the rocks below. We didn't get to spend much time at the condo, but the time we did spent was very nice.

The condo was clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location to get around the city. We were a family of four and we had all the comforts of home. The view is spectacular and it was so much fun to watch the boats, surf boarders and paddle boarders just outside our window. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the San Diego area!

We came for a sisters weekend, and were not disappointed. The views were incredible, right over the water, and the sound of the ocean just washes your cares away. A short walk or uber to town. The location is convenient to everything you want to do in San Diego. The condo was nicely appointed, the beds are very comfortable and it was very neat and clean.

Beautiful Condo In A Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, very comfortable and stocked with everything needed for a great beach vacation. There were coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles, beach toys, etc. so we really did not need to get anything. The balcony view is incredible and the sunsets breathtaking. It also was in such a great location for us as most of the places we wanted to visit were a 20 minute or less drive. It’s also easy to walk into Ocean Beach for the shops and restaurants. Dean was very easy to communicate with as well. I highly recommend this property!

POSTED: Unsafe for human occupancy per San Diego Dept

We arrived at the condo to see a red sign on the garage, that the San Diego Fire Department posted the building as unsafe for Human Occupancy as of April 28, 2024. We were unable to enter the property but could see the deterioration of the bottom floor of the building and rusted out support posts for the decks. The owner did not divulge this information, only that the stairways were being worked on and that it wouldn’t interfere with our stay. He was in complete denial that the building had restricted access and was off limits to occupy and has been for over a month. His untruthfulness about this matter made it extremely inconvenient as we no longer had a place to stay without any advanced notice.

Breathtaking view, crashing ocean waves, SO clean

This beach property is super clean, decorated tastefully and beautifully, is comfortable, and when you add the sound of the ocean waves crashing, it is nearly perfect. Do not bring little things like bandaids, soaps, shampoo, etc- it's ALL there. Even snacks, teas, sweeteners, seasonings beyond salt and paper and more!! It was so nice to have chips and bars left for my teens right when we arrived. I was so impressed at all of the details. We ran into 2 small issues that were dealt with very promptly: 1) I had asked about bikes a month prior, and the response was that two were available. Sadly, after connecting with the owner, I was told that they had just been thrown away. I knew I wanted to jump on a bike right when we got there to explore, since I could tell from the map location that this was in the middle of a residential neighborhood. It was a big disappointment when I found out that there weren't any as we could have brought ours. I did receive a text the next day that the cost of the rentals would be covered if we decided to go that route- which is so thoughtful!! However, we wanted the convenience. 2) The TV in the main room did not work from the very first arrival either. The owner came the next day and replaced it with a new one- talk about service!! It was still a bummer. Maybe it was meant to be so we would look at the gorgeous ocean right there instead of wasting time looking at a screen? ;) Something that needs to be brought up that I was shocked not to see in other reviews- this neighborhood is not the best, but not horrible either. I am not a snobby person, and am very open to different kinds of people...but there are many hippie types, vagrants and hobos in the area. They all keep to themselves and are friendly, but they are visible. My teen said his SnapChat located him at "Hobo Rock." I am not sure if this is due to Covid, or if it's always like this? An easy solution would be a security guard for this small complex, but there is a password protected entrance so that's good. It's a bummer that the bushes outside the balcony block the view of the pier, but I do understand the reason why- to block the view of the types of people who loiter in the area by the stairs that lead to the beach adjacent to the property. It is certainly not a huge negative, but certain types of people who are considering this property deserve to be made aware of this. Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing stay!!

I used to stay in this building every year pre-covid but this was the first time in this unit. The unit is very nice. The building is showing its age and it didn’t appear as well- kept as I remembered. When I arrived the trash can on the first floor was overflowing and there were trash pieces blowing around the hallway. The garage appeared to be under construction and every day there was very loud hammering noises coming from there. I think this unit sits right on top of part of the garage. The unit’s parking space is right next to the large trash receptacles which was very smelly and had flies around it. When I arrived there was a port a potty in the parking space as well making it very difficult to park and get in/out of car. Property manager did resolve and it was moved on my 3rd day there. The location of this particular unit is not my favorite. It sits on the end of the building with noise coming from adjacent street. But this unit was very nicely furnished even with heated bidets attached to the toilet which was very nice. Overall I would stay here again.

Spectacular Stay

Besides the amazing views, everything was perfect for our family vacation. You can take morning runs down the stairs to a trail or just a few blocks down I think it was Santa Cruz St. and their stairs lead to a beach area. A small Target store is close by if you forget anything, but this home had everything you needed. We will plan to stay here again when we come back. It is extremely clean and well kept. Parking for us was tight but durable in a Toyota Minivan. You have to back up to the very last inch but it's nice to have reserved parking. It's hard to find an VRBO that has parking anywhere on Mission Beach area. It's close to downtown and shopping areas. Restaurants are really good around here too!

Ocean Front Condo

The perfect stop for us on our San Diego trip. We spent 3 days enjoying the sounds of of the ocean, exploring tide pools, and experiencing all Ocean Beach has to offer. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed having the patio doors open to feel the cool ocean breeze as well as the therapeutic sounds of the waves crashing all day and night. We were able to watch the sunset from the balcony every evening. The landlord was easy to contact, quick to respond, and friendly. The apartment has all the amenities you could possibly need. Located a walking distance from the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Our stay at this property was absolutely excellent! The balcony was a standout feature— serene, and offering spectacular views of the ocean. We spent time relaxing and watching the surfers right from the balcony—it felt like our own private front-row seat to the waves. The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. The pantry in kitchen was stocked with everything essential. Great view. Great stay!

Loved our stay here. Truly great view along with sounds of ocean waves and ocean breezes. Host, Dean, was very responsive to all communication. Close to Ocean Beach, shops, restaurants, and walking to Sunset Cliffs. Totally recommend!
