The space
A newly built modern villa with contemporary design meets ultimate comfort, tranquility, privacy, pleasure at the stunning location inviting you to fully enjoy every single moment of your stay. Luxurious and elegant property has been created using the best of everything. Carefully thought out by owners, every attention to detail and comfort has been considered. Large glass sections brings the magnificent panoramic views inside the villa and make the indoor and outdoor life merge together. This sensational Villa will take you to the world of glorious sunshine, easy and relaxed living while you sip champagne enveloped in serene vistas breaking from the edge of the large 50 square meters infinity pool or modern lounge bed.
Distributed on two levels, villa offers more then 300 square meters and accommodation for 10 guests. On the ground floor you will find dining area with fully modern equipped kitchen and all appliances you need to prepare delicious meals with spacious luxury living room.
The living room and kitchen open on to an outside terrace area and infinity pool. Folding glass doors allow the floor to become an open plan, creating an alfresco living environment.
On the same floor is a double bedroom with private en suite bathroom with bathtub. You will also find a laundry room and toilet on this floor.
Two spacious staircases on the different sides of the big living room area will take you to the first floor where you will find 4 fully equipped double bedrooms with king size beds, air condition system, TV, and modern designed en suite bathrooms with walk in shower and one of the bathrooms has a bath tube . King size bed in one of the bedrooms can be separate into twin beds. The beautiful partly shaded terraces is just at the front of each bedrooms where you will enjoy in stunning views when you wake up in the morning. A large folding glass door allows you to go to bed and wake up facing the sea and nature.
Moving to the outside area of the property you will find an infinity pool with stunning views of the turquoise Adriatic sea. If al-fresco dining and cooking is your thing there is also a fabulous fully equipped summer outdoor kitchen with barbeque and a bar area where you can prepare your fresh cold drinks using ice maker .
Sun loungers with sun umbrellas and relaxing lounge area surround the beautiful private infinity pool offering the perfect opportunity to top up your tan or read your book and settle down with a glass of wine , close family and a plate of Dalmatian delicacies. Make the most of the warm evenings and cook outdoors in a relaxed atmosphere, all with indulging views .Guests can stay active with on-site yoga equipment and enjoy outdoor activities on the private grass field .
The air conditioning of the whole house ensures comfort during the entire stay. The Villa is completely covered with WI-FI.
Private parking provides space for the 3 cars just next to the house and private entrance .
The pebble and rocky beach is 700 meters from the house and famous Sun Garden Resort is only 2 minutes driving from the house. In the resort it is possible to use tennis courts, mini golf and other sports facilities, spa, gym at an extra cost. For your memorable nights, there are local restaurants serving local food only 4 minutes driving by car in Zaton bay but very unique experience you can have in one of rural households in Orašac where you can discover the tastes, aromas, sounds and colours of Dubrovnik area. Moreover, the vivid old town of Dubrovnik is just a 20-minute ride away!
