My family and I spent a week here and the rental property was a great value for how many people we had. Also a great location and the house was beautiful. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only down side was the amenities that were provided were inadequate at best. Terrible towels, not really anything to cook with that was adequate and not enough toilet paper or trash bags. The dishwasher leaked and the dryer was broken so no one could dry their clothes the whole weekend. Also, be aware that if you want the spa to be hot that is part of the pool service and will be 35.00 extra per day and will take 12 hours to heat up. That wasn't communicated until check-in. The communication with the host (Une Homes property management was fairly good. They were responsive to requests within a three hour or so timeframe. I would stay here again but ask more questions next time.

Hot tub was hot enough if you kept it running all the time you were there. The kids loved the pool and game room. It was well worth the money. The dish washer was not working, but we really didn't need to use it much. I think the dry had a clog in the vent because it took longer to dry the clothes. We saw an alligator next to the little lake that was behind us.

Host was very accommodating for our early check in at 10am. The place was perfect for our families plenty of space to sleep comfortably. The pool table is worn down and game room was lacking. Our pool and spa heating don’t work for our last day. But other than that we loved the place!

Hi we really enjoyed our stay at your rental vacation home..but there was an issue with the light in the king suite bedroom downstairs on your right..the light kept dimming in and out ...but overall very really enjoyed ourselves and loved the home...will definitely be booking with you guys again in the not so distant future. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

The host addressed the reported issues promptly and in a timely manner, which we truly appreciated. The home is located in a very nice area of Orlando, conveniently close to the theme parks and outlet shopping malls.One challenge we experienced was that the carpets showed significant wear and tear. Additionally, while the home appears to have multiple bathrooms, most are Jack-and-Jill style, with only the master bedroom having a private bathroom. There is also limited privacy around the pool area, and the kitchen has limited utensils available for cooking.

Great Place

This was a great place that fit 5 families and kids! All adults had king beds. Bedrooms all share a Jack and Jill style bathroom and locks don’t really work so you have to alert your bathroom buddy when you’re in there! Overall, place was great and clean. A few things we had to mention were railings for the stairs were loose and a potential hazard ( hopefully they look and fix them all). You will need to make a run to Dollar General for kitchen towels, detergent for dishwasher, garbage bags,& paper towels, extra toilet paper! You are not given any towels to clean up the kitchen or wash dishes. 1 dishwasher tab , and 1 garbage bag, 1 roll of paper towels, and 1 roll toilet paper provided (for our 1 week stay!) A broom was not provided, but there was a vacuum. The dryer for laundry takes FOREVER to dry!!These are minor complaints as nothing affected our stay! The pool was clean & well kept! Beds were comfortable and clean! Would recommend this house! The management company was VERY responsive! Very quick and helpful!

Yes, and needs attention

The house itself was ideal for our family get together. The reason I picked this property over other 9BRs was simply because of the seating it offered for mealtimes and hanging out. So in that sense it really was perfect. The dining chairs and table were phenomenal, and the outdoor seating with big tables and chairs got used a lot. Unfortunately, it seems like the house has had more wear and tear by other guests than what it seems it should and that the management company doesn’t have a way to inventory what’s functional or not. The locks on many bathrooms and bedrooms don’t work. There were no oven mitts; the can opener was bent out of shape - which of course you don’t plan for AS you’re making dinner for a crowd of people. The pool table sticks were in bad shape; the garbage disposal leaked, the dryer wouldn’t dry, the internet info they included was inaccurate, and so was the door lock info for that matter. The management team did work to resolve the things they could, which was comforting to know there was someone we had access to who could help. There just seemed to be more issues than what I would want to deal with on a vacation.

For the most part our stay was enjoyable.The house was clean and spacious.The location was close to stores, shopping, and accessible to major highways.There were a few concerns with the amenities in the house.There was an issue with the air conditioner.The hose became extremely hot in the downstairs area and we werent able to control the thermostat to adjust the temperature, it wouldn't allow us to change the settings.The upstairs area was nice and cool, but once you came downstairs you could feel the heat.The ice machine was not working so we had to purchase ice.The vertical blinds that led to the pool area were missing several pieces. Pool table sticks broken. One of the tiles around the jacuzzi was broken with sharp edges that could've caused a serious injury. There was no extra toilet paper, so bring your own. No floor mats for the shower and tub area. One the the bathrooms upstairs had a flushing issue and continuously ran. One of the railing supports, I'm not sure of the correct name, was broken, which left an opening to where the smaller children could possibly fall through. The trash pick was immediate. You sit outside and it was gone within no time. The location was very peaceful. We were under the assumption that the water activities were closer to our location, but once located then the children enjoyed themselves.The pool towels could have been a little closer to the pool. We didn't see them in the laundry area until checking out

RENTERS BEWARE! Poorly maintained property with multiple nonworking appliances! We checked into the property to find water actively pouring all over kitchen floor from the dishwasher. Upon doing a load of laundry we discovered that the dryer was not functioning after running a regular sized load 3x and still seeing condensation on the dryer door. We then recognized that the washing machine would not spin. The next day they sent a repairman who told us both washerdryer needed to be replaced. Host chose to replace the washer but NOT the dryer and ignored the advice of their own repairman. We would run regular size loads 3-4x to get them MOSTLY dry. The ice maker produced almost no ice and we would make daily runs to buy bags of ice for our team. As a result we had to spend additional time and money going to local laundromats to wash laundry before and after our tournament. The only reliable appliance was the AC microwave & stove. Had we known the property would be ridden with nonworking appliances, we would not have stayed here as we were in town for 1 week for a tournament and relied on a fully functioning property. Despite the additional costs incurred the host refused ANY amount of credit to us which was shocking. They advertised a fully functioning house and that was not our experience from the minute we entered the property. So if you're looking for property with clogged toilets and nonfunctioning appliances, this one's for you!
