Great place for large grouo!

This house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our Girl Scout troop of 19 girls ages 10-13 and 4 adults. The outdoor space and additional dining was perfect. We really appreciated the proximity to Target too. My only recommendations for the property owners: 1) a few forks so there is enough for every person and 2) a few extra hand and regular towels for each bathroom. We would return!

Excellent owner, great location

We loved the entire house. So spacious for our very large family. Bruno was very responsive to all my questions, usually answering me within 2 hours. The complex has a great pool with a lazy river. So nice for all of us to be together. The house pool was great for all my grandkids. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay, Bruno!

A perfect Florida vacation!

The house was just as pictured online. Upon arrival there was plenty of parking. The whole house was clean and had starter supply of the basics (toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc). The pool was so wonderful we never even made it to check out the larger community pool at Storey Lake. We had ample room for our group of 17 (ages 2 and up). The property is conveniently located near Disney and Universal. There is also Target, Sam's Club and Walmart very nearby. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Overall a great stay

We had a great stay here. Beds and bathrooms were clean. You could definitely tell there was wear on the property. Things were broken but nothing that altered our stay. Air vents and bathroom fans were caked in dust, floors could have been cleaner, but living areas were clean. We had plenty of room for our party. Kids loved the different themed rooms, movie room, and pool. Loved that the location was so close to make grocery options and Flippers Pizza was awesome.

Great property and location

We booked this property to host a family Thanksgiving dinner. Everything was exactly as described with some expected wear and tear, as to be expected. Nothing was broken or caused us any issues throughout our stay. Even though all the surrounding properties were obviously vacation rentals we had no issues with noise throughout our 5 night stay. We had the pool heated so the kids could enjoy themselves on the chilly days in November. A plus that I truly appreciated was the abundance amount of parking around the location. We always have an issue with finding parking for 15+ house holds, but this was awesome! Host was great and very responsive throughout our stay, but to be honest I only reached out once because everything went so smoothly. I will definitely book again in the future.

I had a horrible experience at this property. When I checked into the house. The pool was cloudy and it had algae in the pool. There hasn't been any maintenance performed on this pool. The patio screen was ripped and glued and mosquitos were coming in. I was unable to talk with the property host. I was only allowed to text her. She eventually told me they cleaned the pool twice and it was nothing they could do. So I went out to Leslie pool supply and bought some chemicals to clean the pool. I spent my time and money going to get these products so it wouldn't ruin my trip. The bar stool chairs were ripping apart and were not repaired. I want a partial refund. This was not an enjoyable experience.

Avoid This VRBO Rental at All Costs – Completely Misrepresented and Disgusting

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had.First, the listing is entirely misleading. The home did not resemble the photos online—what looked like a clean, well-kept luxury retreat turned out to be a shabby, poorly maintained, and borderline filthy rental unit. The moment we arrived, we were hit with a slew of red flags that only got worse throughout our stay.Cleanliness? Non-existent. There was hair in the shower, dirty bathroom mats left on the floor (clearly not washed between guests), and only one spare trash bag in the entire house. This is completely unacceptable, especially after paying nearly 4,000 for a four-night stay. To top it off, we were informed after arrival that there would be additional charges just to operate the home—a bait-and-switch tactic that left us feeling taken advantage of.The walls were streaked and stained, and the overall vibe was run-down and neglected. This is no “luxury” rental—this is a cheap, high-turnover cash grab hiding behind a polished listing.The location was another huge letdown. The home is sandwiched in a cramped development clearly built for high-volume vacation rentals. You could feel the “pack 'em in, get 'em out” mentality in every detail. Well to start host is VERY slow at responding and actually quit responding when I was not happy with the way things were going Also the listing says house is BRAND new and VERY misleading ,pictures on web were obviously taken when house was new and never used. This house shows ALOT of wear -dirty walls and very dirty baseboard -water damaged moldy trim in most bathrooms -many items missing and torn wall mural I. Game room -Torn wallpaper in kids fort knight room -broken door leading to game room -Food in all the crevices of the couch although paid a lot for a cleaning fee Ang obviously house was not cleaned -Food on cabinets behind all drawer fronts -Doors on ent center I. Living room falling off hinges -Light about bath tub and toilet in master bedroom hanging from ceiling - Return at top of first hand fail on steps loose ( Florida code violation) -broken and missing trim upstairs -Front porch area disgusting - Ring camera at front door ti spy on you -paid for heat in pool wasn’t hot barely warm and pool guy came over at 430 on day we got back from parks and had to wait 3 hours to swim _Many floor tiles cracked and broken There are many houses in that neighborhood that just look a lot nicer and cleaner from the outside all I’m saying is I should of looked around more. Our experience did not match what was advertised online. Before arrival, we were told new chairs would be provided, but they never showed up—and the existing ones were extremely worn, old, and shedding.The downstairs king room had several issues, including a bathroom that didn’t function properly, which we had to call about. The furniture throughout the home was heavily worn, towels were old, and the downstairs bed was uncomfortable and caved in. We also found trash left in the trash can upon arrival.Additionally, the game system never worked. We requested the necessary cords multiple times, including controller chargers, but they were never delivered. Communication with the host was frustrating, and the attitude we encountered only added to the negative experience.While my family and I made the best of the situation, we would not choose to stay here again.

Thank you for your feedback. However, I must clarify the facts regarding your recent stay. While it is true that the four replacement stools we ordered were on backorder at the time of your arrival, the current stools remained fully functional. We only ordered new ones because the existing ones showed slight wear. Regarding your other claims, our staff found no issues with the game room, furniture, or any other amenities. When we sent a representative to the property—which I informed you we would do—your fellow guests stated they were unaware of any problems with the game room or the toilets. In fact, they were actively using the game room and pool and only requested extra towels. Upon your departure, we discovered why those extra towels were needed. Several towels had to be disposed of due to being soiled with feces. Furthermore, despite your stated concerns regarding sanitation, the home was left in poor condition with trash scattered throughout and a strong odor of marijuana. We take pride in our properties and refuse to provide refunds or complimentary items based on unfounded complaints or issues caused by guests, such as clogged toilets. We prioritize maintaining our standards over avoiding a negative review.

Incredible house!!!!

Our stay at this home was amazing. The description and photos of the property are accurate. The house is so spacious and with many areas for a big group. The house was very clean and everything still looks like brand new. Very well decorated. The theme bedrooms are fun and all of our family and friends loved it. We would definitely stay again. And the best part is that it has plenty of parking spaces and you can play music as the house is so big it won’t bother the neighbors.

Amazing house, some upgrades needed

Beautiful house located near everything. Rooms were amazing! . Loved the theme rooms for Disney. Negative- The hot tub smell like sulfur, which was hard to sit in. There were no overhead fans in the bedrrooms and limited lighting. The outdoor cushions had stains all over them and chairs weren’t comfortable. The neighborhood with someone sketchy and there were rentals all around us - random some of them with very loud parties and people just standing around in our yard. All in all we had a great stay, and with a couple of minor fixes, what should be an upscale property to stay in; however, the neighborhood needs to be considered if you are worried about safety

Family wedding

We had a great time at Brunos house! We were in Orlando for a Disney wedding and the house was a perfect spot for all the family to hang out and enjoy each other’s company. It was very close to amenities in the area like Target for groceries. We paid for the heating of the pool and it was like bath water warm. Not sure how cool it would have been without heating? Our only suggestion would be to have more than 3 wine glasses as we had a crew of 13 staying at the house. We would definitely stay again. The themed rooms were so fun! Thanks Bruno!

Beautiful home

This home was PERFECT for my family and I, everyone had their own room and the kids had an absolute blast. Cannot recommend enough!

Fairly Disappointed

My stay had its ups and downs. I paid for pool heat but because it takes 24-48 hours to heat up the first two days I was without it. The house needs maintenance. Several of the bars on the steps were broke. A bed was broken. An outside chair was broken. A closet door was broken. We found a pair of underwear in one of the beds. Needless to say,, for this kind of money, I won't be staying there again.
