Welcome to 'Beachfront Oasis' at Pelican Beach Resort in Destin, FL! This luxury 19th-floor beachfront condo offers breathtaking Gulf views from your private balconyâperfect for coffee or cocktails. Enjoy a master suite with balcony access, sleeper sofa, Smart TVs, high-speed internet, and a fully equipped kitchen. Resort perks include 3 pools, 2 spas, a Tiki Bar, fitness center, and direct beach access. Close to HarborWalk and Big Kahuna's, itâs your perfect coastal getaway!
The space:
Kitchen: Stainless Steel range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, regular ground coffee machine & k-cups, toaster, blender, pots/pans, tupperware, full kitchenware
Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed, room darkening curtains, private full bathroom, TV, ceiling fan, and private access to balcony.
Guest Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds, plantation shutters, private door to guest bathroom, ceiling fan, and TV.
Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper, room darkening curtains, Smart TV, balcony access, and ceiling fan.
Washer/dryer in the unit.
Amenities: 2 beach chairs & umbrella to bring down to the beach, cooler bag, vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board, hair dryers, Cable/smart TV, and high speed Wi-Fi internet.
Games: Yes.
Each guest is assigned their own unique door code for keyless entry.
Guest access:
Guests will receive an email 3 days prior to check-in containing all the information they will need during their stay. The door code will be emailed to guests on the day of check-in.
Other things to note:
Important: Guests will be asked to complete ID verification through Truvi, a third-party provider. Truvi will contact guest via email and/or text. Guest will also have the option to choose between two damage protection plans for their stay: a $10 security deposit or a $35 damage waiver, both non-refundable. A damage protection plan is needed to complete your booking. Please make your selection before your stay to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in.

3 Pools: Gulf Pool, Dolphin Pool, and Indoor/Outdoor Pool (heated in winter!)
2 Hot Tubs: Gulf Hot Tub and Dolphin Hot Tub
Kiddie Pool: Located by the Dolphin Pool
Beach Access on the West and East sides on the resort.
Pelican Cafe: Located onsite and serves delicious breakfast and lunch options! Hours (1/11-2/28: M/W/F 3pm-6pm) (3/1-10/31: 8am-3pm)
Tiki Bar: Serves specialty cocktails and light fare. Located poolside and steps away from the white sand beach!
Hours (3/1 - 10/31 open daily 10am-? (business & weather permitting)
2 Tennis Courts: Located on the 2nd level of parking garage (8am-10pm)
1 Pickle Ball Court: Located on the 2nd level of parking garage (8am-10pm)
Fitness Center: Stationary bicycles, step machines, treadmills, free weights, and other exercise equipment (7am-10pm)
Basketball Hoop: Located on the 2nd level of parking garage. Basketball rental available at HOA Office (3rd floor by elevators) 8:30am-4:30pm ($40 cash deposit).
Sauna: Located near the fitness center.
Common BBQ Grill area: Located near grassy area by the Dolphin Pool
2 EV Chargers: Located on the 2nd level of the parking garage. (OK2Charge Level 2 with J1772 connector)
Many restaurants and activities within walking distance (<1mi) from the resort!
** We want to share an HOA project scheduled to start in December and last continue through March:
Whatâs happening:
- Coating/sealing of the upper floor and ramp of the parking garage
- Resurfacing of both tennis/pickleball courts and replacement of court fencing
What this means during your stay:
- Closed: garage ramp to upper level, tennis/pickleball courts, and EV chargers
- Possible intermittent closures: sections of the covered garage for minor repairs/safety
Parking & access:
- Plan to use open/available areas of the covered garage as directed by onsite signage/security.
EV drivers:
- Onsite EV chargers will be unavailable during the project. Please plan alternate charging options in the area.
- Also, 1 of the 5 elevators will be temporarily out of service due to an elevator modernization upgrade currently underway. The remaining elevators will continue to operate as normal.
