**The Pelican Beach HOA is replacing the coat/seal on the upper floor and ramp of the parking garage, as well as both tennis courts. This project is expected to begin in December and last 3 months. During this time the upper parking garage, tennis / pickleball courts, and EV chargers will not be accessible. The covered parking garage will be closed in sections while they work overhead. We appreciate your patience while they are making these improvements! **

HOUSE RULES PELICAN BEACH
• Minimum age to book is 25. Primary guest must remain on property for the full stay.
• This is a pet-free property. No guest pets permitted, including emotional support animals.
• Check-in begins at 4:00 pm CST | Check-out is by 10:00 am CST
• Easy self check-in via personalized door code. Guests will check in with the front desk to receive up to 2 parking passes and up to 6 total wristbands. Bring you license plate number. All guests must be present to receive amenity wristbands.
• Smoking, vaping, drugs, and firearms are not permitted inside the property or on the balcony or outdoor areas.
• Maximum occupancy includes all guests of all ages. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Before departure, please remove trash and food and start the dishwasher.
