Villa Amalia is situated on the peripheral road connecting Agios Nikolaos with Elounda, approximately 3 km. from the town centre. The closest beach is about 250 m. away.

The property includes parking and gardens, and the two-room studio is 30 sq. m.

There is one double bed and a single bed that turns into a sofa when not in use, a fully equipted kitchen, and a a small but functional bathroom. There is easy access to the parking and garden.

Easily accommodates 2-3 persons as there is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa-bed in the sitting room.

A nice kiosk next to it with a sea view surrounded by a garden with olive trees and various plants & flowers.

The nearest organised beach is 250m away (with sunbeds, umbrellas, cantine & snack bar).

Arrival & departure transfer from the airport or port (63 km) to the villa (optional).
