Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the house, the driveway, the backyard, and the pool areas.
Please be aware that this property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so speed limits, noise ordinance, and maximum occupancy rules must be obeyed at all times.
Guests will receive the check-in codes at 3 pm on the day of arrival. This is for your convenience, but does not mean the property can be accessed at that time. Please wait until your approved check-in time to enter the property.
Please do not enter the property before the 5pm check-in time. And please, ensure to depart before 11am on your check-out date. Early arrivals or late departures are not approved due to the size of the property and the amount of time it takes to get the property ready before and after guests. So please, plan your travel accordingly.
The Neighborhood:
The property sits on the Battery Point neighborhood, just halfway between Downtown Savannah and Tybee Beach.
It is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. While there are neighbors on either side of the home, they are very respectful and quiet, so your privacy will be respected throughout your stay.
We ask that you do the same for them to maintain harmony. The neighborhood is very close toHighway 80, so you will likely hear some traffic noise around typical commuting times - you will, however, enjoy the benefits and convenience of being able to reach anywhere in Savannah in no time!
There are many convenience stores, gas stations, restaurants, and even a Walmart nearby (3-minute drive). So you can get all you need for your stay without a fuss!
Getting Around:
The property is conveniently located halfway between Tybee Island (10-min) and Downtown Savannah (10-min). You can easily Uber/Lyft to either side if you're not interested in driving around - but you will definitely need transportation to get around as the roadways are not walkable due to the lack of sidewalks.
You can certainly go for a morning stroll on the neighborhood roads here as they are mostly quiet during the day.
There is a very nice Kroger (with Starbucks and a Bar) grocery store approximately six minutes from the house.
In the event of an emergency, you can go to Urgent Care 24/7 in Whitemarsh (3-minute drive). The Chatham County Police Precinct is approximately 2.5-miles. And the closest fire emergency station is .75-miles away.
Other Things to Note:
We ask that the space and our neighbors are treated with dignity and respect. Please respect the home and its rules. This will help us maintain peace and ensure that all of our guests have a wonderful Savannah Stay!
We hate rules just as much as anyone else, but we have a number of common sense guidelines to help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay while maintaining a positive relationship with the neighborhood.
Be sure to visit the house rules page before booking. Here are the most important rules to follow:
-Quiet hours are from 8pm to 8am
-No loud music at any time
-No parties or events without prior coordination with the host
-Maximum occupancy for the property will be observed at all times
-No weapons, illegal drugs, or illegal activities permitted on the property at any time
-No drinking and swimming at any time; no glass or ceramic containers by the pool
-No unattended minors in the pool at any time
-No undisclosed pets at any point
-No parking on the grass at any point; no parking more than five cars
All of the above rules are non-negotiable.

We live close by, so we are available to our guests day and night.
Should you need immediate attention, please call or text the phone number provided with the listing. We can answer your needs faster this way. Be sure to let us know your name and the address you are checked into for faster service.
You are set up for self-check-in. The codes and check-in instructions will be sent to you via the app at 3pm on the day of your arrival. It is important that you visit the check-in guide for step-by-step instructions on how to enter the property. Please do not access the property before 5pm. And please ensure to depart the property no later than 11am. These times allow us sufficient time to prepare the property before and after every stay.
You can park up to five vehicles in the driveway for free. Please, no parking on the street or the grass.
The space is dog-friendly. Our pet fee is set to $50 per day, per dog. This helps us maintain the space at a high level of cleanliness while accepting furry friends. Note: ESAs also pay a pet fee.

They truly thought of everything you could possibly need—every detail was perfectly planned out. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. I can’t recommend it enough!

Our family of 11 had a great time. The house was in a perfect location, close to Tybee and Savannah. We felt close to everthing but not in the middle of it!! We had so much fun in the pool, makes me want one at home! Thank you for a great vacation house!

Exceeded expectations
This house was more than I could have ever imagined when booking it. It offered enough spaces and places for ten teens to all get exactly what they needed: pool time, kicking around a soccer ball, tossing a frisbee, socially recharging in one of the many bedrooms, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying access to the pond. Not to mention the neighbors were amandine and the location is super convenient. Carlos was very responsive, the house was clean and tidy, and anything we needed was a short drive away. Do come prepared with some extra trash bags and anything you’ll need for personal cooking: salt, pepper, olive oil, etc. Highly recommend!

The house was nice and comfortable
We enjoyed the house. Around the heat vents were small flakes of black stuff. It wasn't there when we arrived, but appeared after a couple of days. Maybe the furnace filter needs changed or a bigger problem? It could be stocked better in the kitchen. There was only pepper, no salt. Only 4 packets of real sugar for six people to use in coffee. The half and half was spoiled. There's no heat in the upstairs bathroom and none in the family room. It was in the 40's when we were there.
