Fantastic garden view

The owners were very responsive. Access to the property was easy. The property was clean and well equipped. The view of the back garden from the lanai was beautiful.

Beautiful & spacious condo with excellent amenities! It is a wonderful home away from home.

The owners have thought of everything you could need and generously provide many amenities. They have beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and bikes for use. Such a treat to be on vacation and to not have to pack all of these things. The condo is beautiful - spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, cookware and utensils. The screened lanai has a pretty view of Florida foliage. The condo is very close to the pool and the people in this community are very friendly so when going to the pool you feel welcome and part of the gang. There are also beaches close by. We had another couple stay with us for one week and having the second bedroom and bath on the other side of the condo from the master gave us all plenty of space. We highly recommend this property if you want to stay in the Bonita Springs area - we cannot think of one thing which would have made our stay nicer. The owners are very friendly and available for any questions. A fabulous experience!

Grateful for a place to work

We were working Hurricane Ian and needed a place to stay, this worked out fine and the owners got our paperwork fast tracked with the HOA. They told us they would not have time to send a cleaning crew but that the unit had been thorougly cleaned after the last tenant. The unit was fairly clean with clean bedding but the refrigerator /freezer had old food in it and the window sills had bugs in them. We think the HOA officials spy on the tenants. We never had internet the whole time. Don't know if it was caused by the storm or if it was never there. We stayed til our work was done and are grateful we had a place to stay as many people didn't.

We are sorry that you found our condo to be only "3" stars. You requested a rental on October 12 (for work reasons) and you were able to move into our place within 24 hours. The normal HOA process is 20 days. Hurricane Ian made landfall in Bonita Springs two weeks prior. The condo was locked up for the season (5 and 1/2 months) and you were advised that we were unable to get a cleaning crew there for obvious reasons. Internet has always been provided to our tenants; we do not lie about it. We called several times and were told it was down due to the storm. You told us that you went to Xfinity and they told you that the internet was down. The HOA was watching because you told us that you only had one car there, not two. We are thankful that the HOA looks out for our property. We thought we were assisting you by helping you get into a place to work after the hurricane. We will never again rush the process.

Beautiful Bonita Springs Condo

Spend the month of March, 2025 at this beautiful Bonita Springs condo. We are three 70 year old women who have been friends for 50 years … and this was on our bucket list to do. The condo is immaculate - and very up to date. The kitchen had everything you need and then some. Very well equipped. The living room had comfortable clean furniture with many books available to read. The lanai was so nice … very peaceful and private. Beds were all very comfortable. Three TVs with YouTube and Prime on each of them. Plenty of chairs, towels and coolers for the beach. The condo is located in a gated community - the people in the community are all very friendly. The pool is a very short walk (2 minutes) from the condo and it was a great pool. The neighborhood was perfect for our daily morning walks. The location is ideal … located near stores and restaurants … which we enjoyed visiting. Eric and Karleen were awesome to deal with. They answered texts and emails immediately and helped us with everything. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in spending a wonderful vacation in Florida. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the condo, our stay or the owners. I’m hoping to be able to return someday.

Bonita Springs Refresh

This was one of the best condos that we have ever rented. It was very clean, lovely furnishings, and all the things one would need to entertain, or relax. It was nice and quiet and we had decent weather, considering it was January.....able to walk every morning without slipping on ice or freezing. Only drawback was the fact that we couldn't get the WIFI to work.

Great location.

The owners were helpful and communication was excellent. We enjoyed having all the necessary kitchen appliances, nice beach chairs and umbrella and the excellent location. The unit was neat and clean, but did not have much natural light. The view from the lanai was lovely but the other window faced onto the car port. The master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and a large walk-in closet. Residents and fellow renters were friendly and everything we needed was a short drive away. Bikes would have been a wonderful addition since there were many bike paths in the area.

Thank you for your review Cheryl. We are looking into getting bikes for the condo for our renters to use, even before we saw your review. We do not get a lot of natural light because we chose this condo for the foliage and the privacy when on the lanai.
