312 Chicago North has two bedrooms, both on the main floor, and one full bathroom, also on the main floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, perfect for relaxing at night. The second bedroom has a full bed, a TV, and sliding doors that open up to the beautiful patio. Upstairs, there is a queen bed in the open space loft area and a fun TV room for the kids to hang out in. The kitchen is fully equipped and the TVs are all smart TV's. The patio offers lots of seating, and a grill so you can cook out for dinner. The shed is available for renter use, so bring your bikes to make getting to the beach and downtown even easier!

At the end of the day, grab a blanket to sit on and head to the Waterfront Stadium where the whole family can enjoy the Musical Fountain. This synchronized lights, water, and music show has coined the title "World's Largest." This free show plays nightly at dusk throughout the summer.
