Big Bass Hideaway blends privacy with community access, offering both an entertaining home base and a tranquil retreat. We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.
We cover the Association general fee, however the association will charge you to obtain an amenity pass. For anyone age 7 and above the pass is $8-$10/day/person.
Please note that this property is located in a community that requires guest registration. To meet this requirement, all required documentation must be submitted no later than four days before check-in. If the documentation is not provided on time, a $100 late fee will be charged to the guests.

To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep outside noise to reasonable levels. Outdoor noise monitors are in place.
A minimum age of 25 years is required, with the majority of guests needing to be above this age, except for families with children.
Parking is limited to 6 cars, and no RVs
No pets are allowed.
The maximum number of guests is 12, regardless of age.
We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences. We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
We aim to provide an impeccably functioning home that is superbly clean with everything you should need to unwind and relax. We will send a guest book (post booking) with everything we provide, including pictures of everything included in the kitchen.
Interaction with Guests:
Guests let themselves in via a Smart Lock and have no owner interaction (but we are always available via a text or call!)
