We’re actively working with our team to address the issues you mentioned — including pest control, hot tub cleaning, outdoor maintenance, and updating the grill and recreational amenities. Regarding the bugs, we understand how unsettling that can be. In Florida, especially in homes near water, palmetto bugs can occasionally make their way inside — particularly when doors are left open. We do have regular pest control in place, but we’ll be sure to follow up again to reinforce treatment. It’s important to us that our home is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and your feedback helps us improve.
