Amazing property with insane amenities. Perfect for a large group (we had 8 guys down for a golf trip) with large beds/bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large master, kitchen, living room and an outdoor screened entertaining area. Super clean and Sid was a great host/very communicative. Close to all local attractions and the airport. Highly recommend

I brought our leadership team here for a few days. Everything was great and lots of space. There is a ton to do on property. Host was helpful and responsive.

Very nice accomodations

We really enjoyed the grounds, they are very nice and Sid was so easy to work with. The area was not great, we went for a couple of walks off property and the area was fairly dirty. However, the property is lovely.

Great property

The property is huge and the space is available to maximize outdoor fun. My group set up a pickleball net in the driveway, played wiffle ball, soccer, flag football and used the ping pong table and dart board. The way the rooms are set up is also very smart how there is a separate building of rooms. The view is nice and you are very close to ybor city.

Great for large groups

Big property with a main house and a guest house. Very accommodating to large groups. The whole property is expansive, there is more yard space than the pictures seem to indicate. Lots of room for outdoor activities and sports. Good location and easily accessible to several areas of Tampa. This is a good property for large family get togethers, bachelor parties, reunions, etc.

The Perfect Location for an Active Large Group!

This house literally has it all! The massive compound has two guest houses on a giant area of gated land right on the river. Our group of 20 played soccer, basketball, brought pickleball nets and set up in the driveway, volleyball, and kayaked on the river. The upper balcony on the main house has an unreal view of the sunset over the river. Sid the host was super responsive and helpful--check in and out was super easy. Already planning a return trip to this exact house because it was so amazing.

Awesome Weekend Get Together Location

We had seven couples - long time friends. Everyone enjoyed the stay. We expected a nice facility but we were blown away. Photos do not do it justice. Just wish we could have stayed longer. Sid was wonderful to work with. He provided several bags of ice, beverages, Keurig pods, water. Communication was great. Definitely five stars!

Incredible property

The pictures actually undersold the coolness of this property. It's a massive compound that fits so many people and has so much to do. Didn't need to leave the property to keep ourselves busy. Excellent service and response time as well. I was in constant communication with the host the entire trip and he was flexible with our requests. Top notch service and experience.

Good time

Property is awesome only complaint The picture in the listing of the boat dock is not part of the rental it is the owner’s personal gated dock so I’m not sure why they would add it the photos. The dock you get to use is much smaller and not shown in photos.

Absolutely amazing estate and spacious!

I would highly recommend this property. I took my dental office-12 total and we had ample space. The house came with paddle boats and a separate area outside for entertaining with a big screen tv. Very centrally located to Raymond James STadium. Highly recommend this property for large groups.

Amazing Compound Property with Bedrooms & Games

This is an incredible adult playground right on the river. Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. Living space is large. Screened in outdoor kitchen w/ TV. Covered outdoor game area w/ TV. 2 huge wrap around decks upstairs and downstairs. Easy uber to downtown.

10 out of 10 in every way!

This property blew us away. The pictures do not do it any justice. Couldn’t be a better setup for large groups. He left snacks and waters for us and the place was spotless and unlike many rentals, the place was done not cheaply done. Quality work and quality furniture throughout. What made the experience even better was Sid the property owner. Always responded immediately from the first contact to the last and went out of his way to get us in for an abnormally early check in. It was a trip we’ll never forget and a house we will be renting plenty of more times.

Perfect weekend getaway!

Sid did a fantastic job accurately describing the property and also working with us throughout the stay to ensure we had what we needed. A pleasant surprise was that Sid left us waters, ice and a gift bag upon our arrival. Everything was within 10-15 mins of the property and was easily accessible by Uber. I highly recommend you give this place a stay.

Huge property with tons of activities!

The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of space for everyone. There are countless activities you can do without ever leaving the property. We really enjoyed being able to take the kayaks out and explore the water way. Cannot express how great this place is!

Great Property

Really enjoyed our time at the property. The multiple buildings allowed for ample space for our group. The cook shack is a great central meeting place. Centrally located to anything you need in the Tampa area. Wish there wasn't so much road noise from the highway when you re on the back deck but that isn't something the owner can control.

Just Amazing!!!!

We had our wedding over the weekend at Davis Islands Garden Garden Club and wanted a place to accommodate all of our out of town guests. This place was fabulous! We did our rehearsal dinner and our first look here. This place has everything and the owner Sid was easy to get in touch with. I give this place a 5 star review and would definitely come back again. I highly recommend booking!

House was terrific and accommodated us all easily. Lots of room and a great view. Pictures are accurate portrayal of house and grounds. Lots to do and the outdoor grilling room was fantastic. Sid was very accommodating. Thanks for a great time!
