You’ll be calmed by the sound of the surf at this three bedroom home with beautiful views of Cape Cod Bay. Spacious rooms and a perfect location make this property a fantastic setting for for your Cape Cod vacation!

The open concept living area has a bank of bay-facing windows that lets in lots of light. The first floor consists of a master bedroom with king bed, and a second bedroom that includes a queen bed. The third bedroom has a bunk with a bottom queen and an additional twin bed. Enjoy meals and on the deck that overlooks the bay! Watch the sun set into the water while you dine! The patio table with chairs and umbrella provide a perfect place for lobster dinners and lively conversation after a day of sun and surf.

This house has three bedrooms and three full bathrooms in addition to an outdoor shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a table that overlooks beautiful Cape Cod Bay! Guests love the additional space in the recreation room to watch tv and play pool!!

Located on the outer Cape, the town is bounded on two sides by water, the Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay. Eastham is a quiet town with several ocean and bay beaches, a host of kettle ponds, pretty country lanes, panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, and lots of wide-open space for nature lovers. The Audubon Sanctuary in Wellfleet is a popular spot and is only few minutes away and don't forget the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is only a five minute bike ride away.

We loved our stay at the house! It was so homey, had everything we needed, was a short walk to the beach and on a quiet street/neigborhood which was perfect for our mini family annual trip with 3 adults and 3 young children. The girls loved the bunk beds and are already asking when we can come back! Thank you again for a wonderful trip and we will back next year!

This beautiful home was perfect for my husband and I along with 2 other couples. Open floor plan with many windows overlooking spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and playing pool inside. This home had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful great room with spectacular sunset views. Very nice deck for family meals. Kitchen had everything we needed and the whole house was very clean.The best thing is that it is so close to a private beach area. We didn’t feel we needed to gear up for hours at the beach, we could just pop down to the beach several times a day and come back to the house in between.

First family vacation with the grandbaby.

Great location with beautiful view of the bay. Short walk to Campground Beach. The house was perfect. Accommodated six adults and a baby with ease. The house was very clean , spacious and nicely decorated. The second floor dining/living space with outdoor deck provided gorgeous sunsets over the water and a relaxing atmosphere to begin the day enjoying coffee and end the day with dinner and cocktails. We look forward to our next visit.

We have vacationed with our kids in Eastham for over twenty five years. It has always been our dream to own a home that we can share with others to create memories like the ones that we have enjoyed for so long. Eastham is an area for all ages and interests. It goes beyond the beautiful beaches and water sports to include sightseeing of American Indian and Pilgrim settlements, whale watching, nature trails, vineyard tours and natural history.

The proximity of this cottage to the beach is commented on consistently by our guests. Being just a one minute walk away allows you to make easy trips back and forth whenever you need to, be it a cold drink, a bathroom visit or a change of clothes. The property itself offers a large yard for relaxing after a day at the beach or when cooking out. Our most popular feature at the cottage is the fabulous outdoor shower. Don't forget to try showering under the stars! However, before you do that, you'll want to walk those few steps back to the beach to watch the sun setting into the ocean on a clear day. This is an east coast rarity and one that never grows old - even after twenty five years!
