Recently renovated, the property now features high-end furniture, fresh paint, modern lighting, and a refinished basement - as well as the addition of a pool table/game room. NEW ductless AC/heating units installed.

The expansive yard offers everything you need to unwind outdoors, including a hammock, fire pit, and grill. Inside, an open-concept kitchen flows into a spacious dining and living area, while large sliders and windows flood the home with stunning views and natural light. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents who value the peaceful atmosphere - we kindly ask guests to respect the natural surroundings and quiet charm of the area. This is a space for relaxation and reflection — not big parties or events.

KAYAKS
Upon booking the guest(s) take full responsibility for the use of the kayak(s)/water access, including closely supervising and maintaining full responsibility for the safety and well-being of children and all others who may use it/them at his, her, or their sole risk.

FIREPLACE/FIRE PIT
Indoor fireplace is NOT for guest use, please use the outdoor firepit. Guests must provide their own firewood if they would like to utilize the fire pit at their own discretion. It should never be left unattended while there is a live flame, and it should be extinguished entirely prior to going in for the night.

HEAT
Please do not use the wall thermostats/baseboard heat. The main heating source is now the wall ductless HVAC units that are controlled via remote.


Amenities:

-This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, we recommended purchasing additional supplies!

-The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens.

-Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times.


Cleaning Fee
Our cleaning fee helps cover the basics—fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a sparkling home for your arrival. We kindly ask that guests treat the home with care, as the fee doesn’t cover heavily stained linens, excessive messes, or damages. Extra charges may apply in those rare cases.
