There’s nothing better than sinking into a comfortable bed after a day of exploring the city or relaxing at the beach. All of our bedrooms have been designed with your comfort in mind, and include luxury beds topped with Tempur-Pedic mattresses, multi-device charging stations with lighting, USB-C, and micro USB connectors, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Each bedroom also has a 4K smart TV with complimentary Netflix, Prime Video, CBS All-Access, Spectrum, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and AppleTV.

The primary suite on the main level is an oasis of relaxation. Offering a full-size Murphy bed and a 55” home theater system that’s fully set up with all of the most popular streaming platforms, it’s the perfect place to stretch out and watch a movie or TV show. There’s a large desk overlooking the beautiful backyard in case you need to get some work done during your stay.

This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, which offers a bathtub and shower and lots of counter space, so you’ll have plenty of space for your toiletries and be able to freshen up in comfort.

The remaining three bedrooms are located on the second level. The second bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom. Both bedrooms offer a full-size bed and a desk just in case you need to catch up with some work.

The Jack and Jill bathroom provides dual sinks and a separate bathtub and shower unit with a toilet, so multiple guests can use the space at the same time.

The fourth bedroom suite is furnished with a luxurious Tempur-pedic king-sized bed. You can adjust the right and left sides independently to ensure you can have the perfect sleep. This comfortable room is a haven for peace and quiet. Enjoy watching TV in the privacy of your room or just curl up in the rocking chair with a good book.

This bedroom has a private bath which includes a deluxe shower with stylish glass doors, and a handrail and folding seat for those who need a little extra help. A Toto Neorest Advance Japanese toilet with a remote control has been installed for an extra touch of luxury. Near the main entranceway, you’ll find a further half bathroom for your convenience. All the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

The full kitchen is modern and well-stocked with everything you need to cook gourmet meals, including stainless steel appliances, such as a top-of-the-line Viking double oven and range. Reverse osmosis water filtration system. Enjoy the full range of appliances, including a Cuisinart coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, Vitamix blender, Crockpot, and even a panini maker! Essential herbs, spices, and oil are provided for your cooking needs.

You’ll also find a selection of board games to play during a cozy evening next to the fireplace when you’re in the mood for a quieter activity.

Step out through the French doors in the dining room to the lavish backyard. An expansive grassy area and a pretty patio are ideal for fun, games, and relaxation.

Enjoy some alfresco dining by firing up the Weber gas BBQ grill and cooking up a few burgers, hot dogs, or steaks. Sit under the shade of the gorgeous gazebo, where you’ll find a glass table with seating for six, overlooking the breathtaking valley below.

To the rear of the backyard, you’ll find a gate that leads to a lovely walking trail. It’s ideal for an evening stroll or a day-time hike. At the front entrance, you’ll find a beautiful koi pond and waterfall feature. It’s the perfect place to sit and reflect for a while with a cup of coffee.

Our luxury retreat is ideally located for access to the local beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Within a short drive, you’ll find Torrey Pines State Beach, Del Mar Beach, and La Jolla Shores Beach, which are all lovely places for a day out on the sand and sea!

Not only will your entire group have full access to a stunning 3,800-square-foot home that includes four spacious bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a stunning living room, and a fully-equipped kitchen, but you’ll also have access to a huge outdoor space that’s perfect for rest and relaxation. Please note that our master bedroom and garage will not be available and will remain locked throughout your stay.

You’ll find plenty of parking space on the driveway, which will fit up to 3 vehicles. EV drivers will rejoice to discover our Tesla and J1772 chargers, which you are welcome to use throughout your stay. If you do find you need extra parking space, there’s free street parking available in the nearby cul-de-sac.

The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, and clothes steamer. It’s got everything you need to freshen up your clothing or wash off any beachwear between trips to the beach.

For anyone looking to catch up with some work during their stay, you’ll find large desks in three of the bedrooms and complimentary wifi throughout the property. We provide access to all of the major streaming platforms and invite you to enjoy any of the free movies available. However, we respectfully request that you do not purchase any movies that require a fee.

We pride ourselves on being an eco-friendly home. All of the home’s electricity is generated by solar panels and uses LED lighting throughout the house. We also use a Noritz tankless water heater with ultra-low NOx and an energy star rating. For any EV drivers, we also provide complimentary access to our Tesla and J1772 chargers.
