Please note the following Pool policy:
Pool usage is monitored throughout your stay, and guests should contact the host to have the equipment turned on or off remotely.

*Pool Heating:
- The pool can be heated upon request once every three days. Additional pool heating is available for $100 per time, if requested.
- Winter Use: Heating the pool takes at least 6 hours in cooler months. Advance notice is required to ensure it’s ready in time.
- Summer Use: In warmer months, the pool is typically kept at a comfortable temperature by out solar panel system. You are welcome to enjoy it freely without special scheduling.

• For guests staying with small children, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if the pool security fence needs to be put up. We also ask that you keep the fence closed and latched at all times during your stay. Safety is our first priority, and this ensures peace of mind for your entire family.

• While we strive to ensure the pool and spa are in perfect working order, we are unable to provide refunds for occasional heating delays or malfunctions. That said, we’ll do everything we can to address any issues quickly.
