We always love our trips to Seabrook and Kiawah Islands. This villa is nicely located and has lots of potential. It needs updating and a deep clean, but the hosts were quick and responsive when we experienced a problem.

Place exceeded expectations for my family of 4. We took advantage of the restaurants on property- Pelicans Nest the best. The indoor pool and rec facility was clean and well kept. Nice community.

Great location and perfect vacation!

Had a great stay with 2 adults and two kids. Easily able to walk to the beach and spacious place to stay. Had everything we needed to make meals and shirt drive to restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Perfect for beach trip

This is a great place for a beach vacation. Very convenient to beach, took about 10min to walk there. Beach has plenty of room for families to spread out. Very clean and quiet. Would recommend to families and couples.
