The house easy to find. It was clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balconies. It was a very short walk to the beach. We actually could see the beach from the balcony. I did bring a 6ft table and snd chairs and put it with the table there so we could all eat together and play games

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend stay at this property! There's nothing better than having your early morning coffee on the deck while watching the sunrise over the rolling waves in the gulf. The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for the family. The kitchen was well equipped and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. The location was great...away from the crowds on Stewart beach. We had no issues checking in, everything was super easy. I highly recommend and would love to stay again.

The quiet walk to the beach was one of the best parts of the trip. House had everything we needed for our stay. The host was quick to respond and very helpful.

The house was as described, only the views were better and unobstructed. There was easy access to the beach and local activities. There was plenty of room in the house for our family, and the kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely consider staying at this house again, we had a great time.

The place was great! Comfy beds and great water pressure throughout the house. House was super clean and smelled great! Chris was great with communication. The only downside had nothing to do with the house, but a heads up to anyone with a golf cart, you can not drive them on the beach. Vehicles as well. Its a park and walk beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! The neighborhood was great, and we especially loved having access to the private beach. My husband particularly enjoyed being able to fish right from the beach. One of our favorite things was sitting out on the balcony, relaxing and watching the waves.The home was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating for our family of 10. We had plenty of room and never felt crowded. The location was also very convenient, with Walmart and plenty of other stores nearby for anything we needed. We decided not to go out to eat during our stay and instead enjoyed grilling together as a family. The pit downstairs was very convenient and made it easy for us to cook and enjoy our time at the house. Overall, we loved the area and had a wonderful, relaxing family getaway. The house had everything we needed, and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location

Our overall experice was amazing, great location with beautiful view of ocean and easy access to the beach. The property manager messaged every question we had before we asked, we didn't have any contact with neighbors everyone kept to themselves. We had two teenage boys, one preteen, a toddler, and three adults and we have more than enough room for everyone. The location of thw house was amazing, within minutes of the seawall and all the attractions but the private type beach access was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again!

The house is close to the beach and a wonderful view and close to town. The beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The house needs some updates. The couch is not the one in the picture, it’s a tiny uncomfortable couch that if a house sleeps 12 you at least need some room for the people to sit. There is just not much comfortable seating. The shower curtain fell off the wall bc it’s just barely in the Sheetrock and a towel holder as well. The furniture just is cheaply made. I feel like this house needs a little more attention to painting, furniture and fixtures and could be a much better place. The air fryer was broken and the coffee pot and liners didn’t match and coffee pot is soooo slow bc it’s just a cheap one. I think we paid the price for the house bc it was close to the beach and a good location but could use some upgrades. We enjoyed our stay and would return again bc I think these people will upgrade this property and it will be better and better each time!

Location/view 5 star, fun stay!!

EXCELLENT : Location, beds. View! Quiet! Private, Outdoor shower, washer n dryer Kitchen- well equipped. . NEEDS ATTENTION: kitchen chairs bottom out, fridge doors pull!!!, couch lil worn. We enjoyed our stay and days on the beach. Appreciated quick delivery of hand towels. Few tweaks and this could go 4star with 5 star view n beach access. Location-location- location ! Owner-2 super fuzzy pillows had sand in them. Welcome mat nice touch. Thank you for the cleanliness. Very nice property !

Loved our stay!

We visited with our family of 6 adults and our 3 granddaughters. It was a relaxing enjoyable stay. We loved the view over the pond starting with the sunrise over the ocean. Watching the birds all day and fish jumping in the pond was enjoyable. We let the girls put a net in the pond and it was easy to catch some crabs and small fish, which the girls thought was great.We enjoyed being so close to Galveston as well.The beach was perfect, it is like a private neighborhood beach because the cars can't drive on that strech of the beach. So we really enjoyed going to the beach, building sand castles, finding shells, swimming... It was spring break and we could see how busy the beach was on either side of this strech while we enjoyed lots of space.The grill set up and picnic table and chairs below were nice. We used the grill every night. The 2 showers downstairs came in so handy after time at the beach, especially for the kids.The house worked really well for us. Both the porches were nice and bigger than they looked on the pictures. We spent a lot of time on the porch, the kids liked playing out there.Chris was very responsive and solved any issue we had so we don't have complaints. We would definitely stay again. I think the location was a great find, I liked the view and pond better than being right on the beach.Thanks for the great experience!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATIONWe chose this place bc you can walk to the beach. Which is great with a bunch of teens. There are some sand toys and outdoor shower thats great. The house was spotless and also has a stocked kitchen. We've stayed in many str over the years and we were not disappointed. Also, Chris is an excellent host. We had easy quick communication with him. All the showers have shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was a plus. Was surprised to find extra trash bags and detergents. We will stay again next time we come to Galveston.The Jungmans
