The drive down to our private neighborhood is a gravel road, curvy and the switchback down the hill is very steep. Guest and their company must drive with caution and safety in mind. All renters are responsible and assume any and all risk of damages while on the private drive and on the surrounding property during their stay. Rental host, property owners and HOA will not be held responsible for any reason. This listing shares the driveway down to property, parking spaces and access stairs to the lake. There is plenty of parking available for all.
