Welcome to ‘A Stream Come True’ on the Little Red River in Heber Springs, AR! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home offers a serene escape with a covered back porch with swing overlooking the river—the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or unwind after a day of fishing.

Located just one mile from the boat ramp and close to walk-in access for fishing, this home is a dream for anglers. Or, if you prefer, cast your line right in your own backyard off your private dock, situated just upstream from the catch-and-release trophy fishing area!

Inside, you’ll find a cozy and well-equipped space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Reclining furniture, smart TVs, WiFi and pet friendly!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the property in the red river. The accommodations met all of our needs plus some it was very inviting quiet and tranquil. We were able to enjoy the river and sit on the dock as well as fish. Our host was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. The property was in great shape and we really enjoyed it.

Excellent host, very quick to respond! Great porches to sit and enjoy the river! The enclosed garage was an added bonus, rained every day of our stay and we were able to unload and load and never got wet. The kitchen was stocked well with everything that we needed. Overall, was a great place to stay.

Fantastic property

Great home with everything you need. Even had a little fly tying desk complete with vise, light and magnifying glass.Comfortable beds. Very relaxing setting. Caught fish off the dock when we tried but mostly fly fished other spots on the river.Couldn’t ask for more!

Great Stay

My wife and I stayed for a few days and had a great time. The property was very nice and clean. It has a really nice back porch, lots of trees to keep the sun at bay, and a beautiful view of the Little Red.On our first day fishing, my wife caught a 3 1/4-pound Brown Trout. What a beautiful fish! And yes, we returned him healthy to the river.We recommend staying here if you want a nice place to enjoy your time on the river.

Outstanding stay on the river

Beautiful view of the river from 4 levels; back porch with swing, patio with grill and fire pit, deck midway down, and boat house on water. Eagles were around by day and Owls all around at night. We didnt spend much time inside but it has everything needed and more. Very clean and comfortable. Kayaked about 16 miles of river with midpoint being this place. with not much paddling and hiked/climber sugarloaf twice.

I booked this place for a guy’s fishing trip, and it couldn’t have been better. From the moment we arrived, we could tell the place was well taken care of—super clean, comfortable, and ready for us to relax and enjoy. The private dock was absolutely perfect; we were able to fish right off it all day long no need to even leave the property.The host was fantastic—very communicative and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in to see how things were going. You could tell she genuinely cares about her guests and wants them to have a stress-free, memorable stay.Honestly, couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, fish, and enjoy some quality time with friends, this is the spot. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Born and raised in Arkansas. The river is one of my favorite places to be!! I love everything outdoors: fishing, hiking, camping, hunting etc.
Being on the Little Red River is so relaxing and I love sharing the memories with my family. Whether it is catching trout off the dock, or swinging on the porch swing watching the birds and animals on the river, this is the best place for me to recharge from the busy work life.

It has oversized lots and is very private. Sometimes you never see anyone when there! But, the neighbors are the most genuine people and love the river as much as we do!! It is an amazing community on a quiet part of the river with incredible fishing! I think it is one of the Little Red River's best kept secrets!

This home has its own dock— where you can catch fish right in your backyard. Also, you can look down river and see the catch and release trophy area!! There are some huge fish there. Also, you’re located a mile from a boat ramp and marina. You feel like you’re away from it all it’s so peaceful and private, but yet, you can still doordash dinner if you want!! :)
