Best place we've stayed in 20 years of vacationing on the Gulf

My family has been vacationing in Florida annually for over 20 years. We usually stay somewhere on the Gulf side--Madeira Beach, Indian Shores, etc. This is the nicest property and nicest condo we've ever stayed in. We are likely to just keep coming back here every year from now on!

Great place for adults

Condo was as advertised. Beautiful sunset views. I didnā€™t realize there was a gay beach next to the beach in front of the condo. I definitely didnā€™t want to see the inappropriate attire and Iā€™m glad I didnā€™t have kids with me.

Reviewer Comments: The management from the Resort Rental, maintenance crew (who had to fix several minor things while we were there) and gate security where all very friendly (5 stars), however I didn't find that to be the case with the personal in the "Club House" (1 star). This condo has a fabulous view of the Golf and the sunsets are spectacular but it is time for new mattresses in both bedrooms and the couch is comfortable but has ripped cushions, we would definitely stay there again

Very niceā€¦ but no supplies

The property and room were great. Just lovely. The only thing that was off is that there were no spices, coffe filters etc. cupboards were totally bare. Also the paper towels were of THE cheapest quality ā€¦ they worked butā€¦ also they gave 2 dishwasher pods only. When I called and asked mgt comp they said thatā€™s it And weā€™d have to buy. So really 5star place, but these little things were half star. If itā€™s a high class place, and for what we pay, think the owner / mgt company can be classier. Also often there are beach towels. None. So we had to go out and buy. Again several little things which weā€™ve come to expect in places like this. Iā€™d return, but bring coffee filters, towels, spices, cooking oilā€¦and extra dishwashing pods.

We would return to Lands End, but not to 404.The remodeled bathrooms , kitchen and tile floor were very nice. However, One side of bedroom 2 closet door was missing. The door for the walk in closet was off the track. The toilet seat hinge on one side was broken. No cleaning supplies in the unit were provided. Patio door was dirty.We must mention that Resort Rentals was wonderful in their response when needed. This unit has potential to be rated higher.

Grocery was very convenient...everything was...everyone we dealt with was wonderful/helpful with anything we needed..Dali Museum and Rowdies game just 1/2 hr away..enjoyed The Wharf Restaurant, Conch Republic, and Seared 1200 Chophouse

My husband loved the nature walks in Honeymoon and Desoto State Parks. My 10 and 6 year old loved the pool and the beach infront of the condo. We enjoyed our visit to Busch Garden, Honeymoon State Park, Caldesi Island and Desoto State Park. We were very sad to leave. We will definitely be back.

We watched dolphins from our bedroom and was lulled by the ocean crashing outside our window. Lands end is a quiet condo association. It would be perfect for a couples get away. As a family with 2 small boys, we felt that we had to keep them quiet. The feeling we got from being staying there for a week is, Lands End is a retirement community. There was construction going on two units down from us. The workers were considerate and pleasant. The boardwalk out to the beach was easy to navigate. It was a nice get a way.
