Reihen von Fenstern öffnen den Raum zu einem expansiven Blick auf die Intracoastal Waterway (Boca Ciega Bay) aus dem Wohnzimmer, Essbereich und die Küche. Das Hotel liegt in der beliebten Sunset Beach Nachbarschaft, diese schöne Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche und komfortable Einrichtung. Der doppelte Balkon ist ein großartiger Ort, um Delphin, Seevögel und Boote auf dem Wasser direkt vor den Schiebetüren zu beobachten. Kostenloser Internet-Service. The individual unit was excellent, very clean, in good condition and well stocked with cooking supplies. The complex itself is very beautiful and well maintained, with a very nice pool area, some slight post hurricane repairs are still occurring, but they seem to be almost done. The beach is very nice and secluded, with lots of shells and dolphin sightings. The property company was also very good, they were very responsive and helpful when dealing with any minor issues.

The condo was immaculate. The location is great for someone who wants to spend time at the beach or the pool. Most of our favorite bars and restaurants have reopened. An excellent experience all around. ( I left 2 new beach chairs for others to enjoy)

Beautiful property

Enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is wonderful, clean and as described. We did have issue being locked out when the batteries died in the door key pad but the situation was remedied by maintenance with 45mins. Would stay again!

Fantastic location

This condo was perfect for our first trip to the Treasure Island/St.Pete area. Our family of 5 fit comfortably everywhere (except for the dinner table but we made it work). Having the extra bed in the primary bedroom was great for our youngest who tends to get stuck on pull out couches. Everything in the complex was easy to get to including the pool and beach access.

Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved the condo! Felt like it was huge compared to most condos we’ve stayed in. The only thing we didn’t like was the long walk from the beach to the pool. Other than that, everything was great. We had a couple of issues with our door not locking and both times the rental company was there almost immediately to fix the issue.

Great Condo and Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very comfortable and the location is great. We liked being at the end of Treasure Island...felt very private and safe. The pool and hot tubs are nice. The music and activity across the bay did not bother us. Only negative was the kitchen counters, stovetop and floors were not very clean when we arrived. The blender and toaster were in bad shape but promptly replaced by the rental management company. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Highly recommend

This place is great! We spent most of our time on the Balcony. We loved being entertained by the live music across the water every night, stopping at 10pm. In addition we able to watch Manatees, dolphins, fisherman and boats going by. The beach was great, it felt like it was private because there were very few people at this end making it easy to social distance and it's walking distance to Caddy's for people watching, drinking and eating. This place had everything that we needed even some beach chairs and a small collection of beach toys. Having a washer and dryer was also key! The kitchen had the right amount of cookware to easily cook what we wanted including community BBQ grills. The people working at the facility were also great, very friendly and always welcoming. We don't usually stay at the same location more than once when vacationing because we like to explore but we would stay at this location again for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in the Gulf Coast area many times, and this was by far the most satisfying experience we've had. Treasure Island is beautiful and the atmosphere is laid-back, but you're a short drive to all the "Action". The Condo is exactly as described: Large, Clean and Updated. Location and view were perfect, and the east-facing balcony was very comfortable in the afternoon & evenings (out of the sun). The complex was clean and well maintained, and all of the employees we met were courteous and helpful (dining advice, etc). We read some prior reviews about the staff being overly strict enforcing rules at the Pool, etc; we saw none of that. The pool was crowded with families daily, and a fun time was had by all. We would ABSOLUTELY rent again at Land's End, and would certainly request this same Unit.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed at Lands End for many years and this condo was a first where I was not as happy about condition. Place was not as clean as usual. This was first year in this particular one. The weirdest thing were the showers. Stationary glass on half of shower so you get in the shower to turn it on and water comes out on the open side. Picked up toys and food under couch. I would recommend Lands End to anyone but not this specific condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner is an honest and upstanding individual. The condo was clean and well appointed. Lovely view of the causeway. Check in process was simple enough. The only issue was that the wi-fi had changed before our visit and the old information was posted throughout the condo but didn't work for us. Since we checked in late on Saturday we had to wait until Monday to get this resolved. The beach at this location is small and not very exciting. There is a nice large pool here that is well maintained. On the causeway side there is a little beach where a lot of the locals bring their dogs to swim. You can also swim there when you desire calmer waters to enjoy. There is a bar across the water way that has live bands playing on the weekends so if loud music bothers you be aware. It did not bother us so it was OK. I really liked the condo but won't be staying again because I wasn't crazy about the area, and it is a bit touristy if you are in to that vibe.

A nice place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Condo was clean, spacious and updated. Had we had a view of the Ocean it would have been perfect. Next time we book this location we will book soon enough to make sure we get an ocean view unit. I have just a few “Minor” maybe even petty suggestions. 1. The blinds in the Master Bedroom were broken. Had to close them manually and keep them closed. That certainly needs addressed. 2. One of the Decorative pillows in the master bedroom had what appeared to be an old dried blood stain on it. We just didn’t use it. 3. The half shower door was a little strange but tolerable. Other than that nice bathrooms with plenty of storage.4. I do suggest having a set of plastic cups for drinking as they were all of glass. Families who have younger children would appreciate it. Other than that everything that you could possible need in a kitchen was there. The beach was absolutely perfect and having a deck over the bay was nice even though we didn’t have a view of the ocean. Parking was also great! My overall rating is 41/2 stars out of 5. Thank you Dorcas and Ron for reviewing your stay at Land's End building 4 unit 401. The condo is a "Premier" unit (recently update). We are glad you found the condo clean and spacious. This condo faces the intercoastal, but just a short walk to the beach. We will convey your suggestions to the owner. We hope you relaxed and had beach/pool time. We are hopeful you will join us for a future stay, perhaps beach front.

Minnesota family fell in love with this rental

We highly recommend this spot! On one side of the unit is the intercoastal waterway. On the other side, but across a parking lot, is the beach. Unbelievable value! Such a clean and sweet condo! We are a family of 6, and we were very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the intercoastal waterway very much and the live music across the way. If you want absolute quiet, just close the balcony doors. Full-size fridge. Beach items. Beautiful pool on site. Hot tubs on site. Gated community. We just got groceries and settled in for a week. Very close to so much fun, too. We jet skies and parasailed nearby. I hate to recommend this place, as we want it all to ourselves, buuuuuut, we must share! It’s the Minnesota way! Five stars from us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loves this complex and specifically this unit; the complex is very private and safe with immaculate grounds. You can't beat the location with water on three sides. You are within fifteen minutes of many great restaurants, many of which are on the beach or waterside on the intercostal. Their is shopping, all kinds of watersports, a grocery store about 5 minutes away. Also, downtown St Pete is very nice - on the waterfront and facing a beautiful park and marina. There are many chic spots if that fits your gig. Also the Dali Museum and Chihuly permanent exhibit are also downtown, again a very easy 15 drive from the condo. Also love the reserved on grade covered parking just steps from the elevator - so your car stays cool in the shade. And lastly the condo décor is very modern, clean and bright as the end unit has lots of windows/sliding glass doors - the east facing direction is our choice to be in the shade in the afternoon/evening so we sit out on the balcony frequently in comfort as opposed to the west facing ocean view where the afternoon sun makes it too hot to sit out on the balcony.
