Das Sugar House liegt im Cedar Park

Die Gäste sind sicher, einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in der voll ausgestatteten 3 Schlafzimmer 2 Badezimmer Zucker Haus zu genießen. Unsere drei Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit einem Queen-Size-Bett mit scharfen Bettwäsche ausgestattet, um bequem 6 Gäste zu schlafen. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit bequemen Sofas und einem Flachbildfernseher ausgestattet, der komplett mit Kabel und einem Blue Ray Player ausgestattet ist. Die Gäste können sich im Essen in der Küche speisen oder im Speisesaal formeller essen. Der Hinterhof ist ein großartiger Raum, um Zeit mit dem Schauspielhaus, Hängematte, Feuerstelle, Grill und Esstisch zu verbringen. Das Haus liegt direkt an der 183 und ca. 25 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Easy check-in and great location. Communication with owners was good. House was nice, pretty clean and spacious. Well-stocked with towels and supplies (except for trash bags). The guest bathroom wasn't cleaned well. We would stay here again.

Cedar Park House

We needed a place to keep our grandchildren while their mom and Dad were house hunting for the weekend. The location and the house was perfect. Everything was very well thought out and all basic necessities provided. The host was quick to answer any questions. We would return to this house!

Cedar park stay

Nice house, close to restaurants, grocery stores etc. House not exactly as shown in pictures. Back yard has no hammock or fire pit. Grass replaced by stones entire yard. Needs better tv setup. Had 4 remotes, 2 boxes plugged into back and no instructions on how to use in welcome notebook. No tvs in bedrooms. But good sized house, nice neighborhood.

Holiday in TX

We spent Christmas week at the house while visiting family and were very comfortable. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The floorplan was great. The neighborhood was quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Comfortable place to stay with the whole family

We were staying between houses as part of a love and found the property to be quite comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the AC worked great. This was very important when the heat index outside was 120 F.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

What a nice home! We really enjoyed our stay. The master suite was more than we could have hoped for. We have family in the area and their home was about 4 turns away from us! We were able to have them over to OUR home for dinner, instead of us always going to their home. Lovely formal dining room as well as a little breakfast/coffee nook. The backyard is super kid friendly. Our grandkids enjoyed playing in the playhouse. The only thing I wish we had done is taken advantage of the firepit. Next time! Will be recommending this location to our other friends and family who will be visiting the area.

We liked having plenty of space both in the house and in the nice private backyard. Outside areas were very well-maintained. We also enjoyed having the two bathrooms. The neighborhood was well kept and especially quiet. Communication with the property manager, Baylee, was excellent as her texts were complete and very thorough. The location was a reasonable distance from our family and was perfect for our needs with an HEB grocery within minutes of the house for all of our food supplies. We were, however, very unfamiliar with the Roku app for the television so found it extremely difficult to find the channels that we wanted, a problem we'd also had at another Vrbo rental in Alabama. Perhaps a more complete explanation of how to use it would help? We ran out of hand soap for the the master bathroom so bought some liquid soap of our own. Owner had indicated that there was extra soap in both bathroom closets but we could only find body lotions and shampoos, not hand soap. We also missed having a bath mat to use with the master bathroom shower. Overall, we really liked this house and were glad that we'd chosen it for our week's stay in Cedar Park.

Nice Home, Some Care Needed

We really enjoyed our stay at the home. The home is well furnished, decorated nicely and was very clean. So overall, it was pleasant accommodations. I was pleased to see there was a clean, new pack-n-play we could use in the closet and the kids loved the playhouse. The neighborhood was great, and very kid friendly - lots of folks enjoying the outdoors. However, my biggest complaint was that of upkeep. The hammock was so worn it was unusable. Two of the kids tried to use it, fell off on to the concrete pad below it and we had to make it off-limits. One room had the smoke detector removed, another had an outlet plate almost torn off (I just screwed that back in). Several rooms had missing, mismatched, or oddly bright light bulbs. There were no doorstops on almost any doors, and comforter bags were left on the floor of every closet. The backyard showed signs of little maintenance as well. Finally, it would have been really nice to have a welcome binder with instructions, like we've had at other locations. To reiterate, the home was very nice and worthy of 4 stars, but it would need a little more care to earn 5 stars.

Hi Cassie. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. I wish you would have brought those things to our attention so we could have fixed them while you were there. We fixed the smoke detector, replaced the hammock, replaced the missing doorstops, and removed the comforter bags. The yard is also scheduled to be taken care of. We will work on a binder as well. Thanks for pointing these things out.

I gave it a 2 because location, good bed and a usable garage. The living areas on the surface appear clean, but it’s not. There was black mold between the sink and counter top. The entire back of the sink. Wasn’t sure what it was so I scraped it with a knife. I accidentally touched the underneath of the microwave and I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. We had to retrieve something from under the couch, again disgusting. The windows have not been washed in years. Every bit of molding needs caulk so the brown dust has settled in the cracks. All the door molding have chips in the paint. The towel rack fell off. Holes in the walls. Half the blinds did not have the wand to open them. There was a storm 4 days before our arrival so the entire patio was covered with 4 inch’s of leaves. I kid you not they were past my ankles. The kitchen looked like it was stocked from Goodwill. There were no dish towels (one thin bar towel). No oven mitts or hot pads. No hand towels. No dishwashing liquid but there was 7 bottles of shampoo. No steak knives. Very limited utensils. The notebook giving the WiFi name and password were incorrect. The remote for the TV didn’t work. No batteries in 2. The last reviews were in December. Apparently something has gone off the rails in the last 5 month. For the high Host fees I expected so much more. It was by far the worst VRBO we have stayed at. It’s all neglect.

1st time to Austin!

The house was exactly as described, and the communication from the owner was awesome. The only thing missing were the chairs for the fire pit - but it was honestly too chilly to worry about. I’m sure if I would have asked, the issue would have been resolved! Would highly recommend staying there - for the home and the location! 5 stars!

Sweet Stay

We truly enjoyed staying. The house had everything we needed. The only criticism I would have is the backyard. The landscape was not like picture with grass in back instead it was full of decoration rocks. It was not kid friendly to play or pet friendly. Personally I don’t think adult friendly either. But everything else was wonderful. It was a truly peaceful stay.

Clean and cozy home

We needed a place for my mom to stay nearby while her home was being renovated. This was the perfect house only 10 minutes away. It was both clean and cozy with a gas fireplace, which was a treat to have in the evening during the cold spell. The owner was easy to communicate with and made the check in process easy. I would recommend this house in Cedar Park.

Great Stay

This by far has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed at. The home is well stocked and has everything you need it was also extremely clean. The location is great and easy access to everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet. The hosts were easy to contact by email. We will certainly use this home again.

Dogs barking all night

While I could enumerate the good qualities of this location, none matter if you cannot sleep. Dogs barked at night 3 of our 7 day stay. I would never revisit this home.
