Oro Valley is waiting for you at this lovely 2-bedroom condo in the resort-style Boulder Canyon at La Reserve. Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, 2 bathrooms equipped with all the amenities, plus a den/home office. There is a wood-burning fireplace for cool evenings and a covered patio for dining al fresco. The condo is on the second floor, next to the heated salt water pool and whirlpool spa area, where gas barbecue grills are also available. The clubhouse next to the pool has a fitness facility with both cardio and weight rooms. There is one assigned carport space, and plenty of available "visitor" parking spaces near the condo. The condos are a mixture of owner-occupied and rental units and the neighborhood is quiet and extremely safe.
Boulder Canyon is convenient to shopping and restaurants, and is only about 3 miles from the beautiful hiking trails and picnic spots of Catalina State Park. An access point for the bike path that circles Tucson is just a couple of blocks away. This place has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Whether you're looking to relax and just watch the hummingbirds around the patio, do some swimming, hiking and biking, or explore the Tucson area, our condo is the perfect home base for you. Minimum of 1 week rental. Inquire about a reduced rent for longer rentals.

Ted, our host, created a very hospitable home away from home. The condo was well supplied with all the necessities travelers need upon arriving - coffee in the freezer, tea bags, creamer, paper products. We had a wonderful visit.

This property is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the supplies to cook your own meals. The pool area is clean and in excellent condition.

We have stayed in VRBO’s in the states and other countries for many years. We were exceedingly pleased with all aspects of our visit at the Canyons. Easy access and close to pool, exercise area and book. Puzzle room. Nice washer and dryer and dishwasher, porch overlooked pool area, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The main bedroom where we stayed was comfortable. Extra small den for reading was comfy. Could open window for fresh evening air. Had AC but we rarely used it. Pool toys available though we didn’t use them. Owners available as home is close but we had no difficulties. Two tv’s though we didn’t turn on in bedroom. Plenty of toiletries, extra towels and bedding and many extra utensils in kitchen. Filled hummingbird feeders twice as the little ones were there consistently. Pool was a bit warm for swimming which many loved to just sit and relax in but nice size and good place to meet other guests. They were clarifying hot tub so most guests weren’t using it though we did once. Thank you Ted and Marjorie. Pool

La Reserve North

Accommodations were superb! Host was informational, friendly and very accessible. We even received a treat of fresh lemons the first morning. Pool area was outstanding and the complex was very quiet and peaceful. We would rent again.

Delightful stay near Tucson

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. Comfortable, well stocked and near the pool and spa, it gave us a great base for enjoying Tucson. The location provided us quick access to the many hiking trails along Catalina Mountain. We streamed the whole series of Shogun in those evenings we relaxed at home. My thanks to Ted for making all go well.

Lovely, Well-Equipped Condo In Nice Setting

We stayed a week in Teodor and Margery's condo and very much enjoyed our time there. In fact we are already planning a stay for next year! Well equipped kitchen. Nice bedrooms. Nice study w/ 2 comfortable reading chairs and a desk and table. Nice living space. Wonderful wrap around deck (this is a second floor unit) that is shaded by lovely trees. Ted was a great host. He met us when we arrived and walked us through everything we needed for a pleasant stay. This is by far the best condo accommodations we have had in our 4 stays in Tucson. Highly recommend (except when we want to stay there again!)

Perfect place to stay in OV

We stay in VRBO’s often and this condo is terrific! Extremely clean, the furniture is stylish and comfortable, the space was great (it was a nice bonus to have the office area for extra storage space). Condo was well stocked with conveniences like blender, coffee maker, utensils, glasses, cookware, coffee, etc. Inside laundry was so convenient. I sat on the balcony table every morning with my coffee to watch the hummingbirds at the feeders and listen to the fountain from the pool which was extremely peaceful. Teodor the owner was very helpful and kind in greeting us and giving us information about where to park, how to get in to the pool and gym and even helped with the luggage! The birdhouse condo is conveniently located close to Catalina State Park, right across the street from access to the CDO bike/pedestrian loop, Fry’s grocery, coffee shops, etc. very close to Steam Pump Ranch as well. Took approximately 25 minutes to Sabino Canyon. The condo complex is quiet and peaceful with lovely desert friendly landscaping. We saw some adorable Javelina families too! Our stay was 10 days and we were very comfortable for that entire time. Would highly recommend this condo!
