The space

This beautiful and updated house offers a genius open living area, providing the ideal spot for family and friends to gather for meal relaxation and entertainment.
Every room in this home has a nice view of the water and a private access to the stunning outdoor area.
Open the sliding glass doors and you are instantly in vacation mode!

Wind down on the lounge chairs by the pool and enjoy the feeling of sun kissed skin.
Play a fun game of Corn hole along the canal. If you need to cool off, jump in the sparkling pool, take refreshing dips, relax on the floats or have a cool drink in the shadow of the covered patio with cozy lounge furniture.
The private boat dock can accommodate up to 22’ boat, and you can lounge right into Sarasota Bay. The boat lift is not available,
The dock is the perfect place to start the day with a freshly brewed coffee, sitting on the Adirondack chairs and planning new wonderful adventures while watching boats and Pelicans pass or lovely manatees swim behind the dock.
Cast your fishing line into water by the canal and cook your catch of the day on the outdoor BBQ grill.
You will love the calming experience, sitting outside watching the unique sunset.
The living room offers a comfortable sofa, three accent chairs and a 65” TV where you can spend the evening with your loved ones after a sun drenched day, watch your favorite TV show, play games or have fun with a match on the Foosball table.
The new kitchen is fully equipped with Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an extra beverage fridge to keep your favorite drinks cool. You will find all the pots and pans, the dishes and utensils you need to prepare a nice breakfast, a delicious dinner or to bake a cake.
A drip- and a Keurig coffee maker, hand mixer, blender, toaster and microwave a provided.
The pantry has a lot of space to store all your groceries. The nice kitchen island with four bar stools is ideal to entertain your guests while prepare a perfect meal.
Enjoy a formal meal at the dining table with seating for 6 or bring the party to the patio.
After an eventful day, rest and refresh in the calmness primary bedroom.
All bedrooms have a stunning room of the water and a private access to the pool area.
The split Floor plan is ideal for families or multiple couples.
The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a 55" TV, a quiet workplace and a spacious walk-in closet.
There is a comfortable en suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in-double shower, and relaxing bathtub.
On the other side of the house, you will find the two guest rooms.
The second bedroom offers a king-size bed and a 43" TV.
The third bedroom is geared towards the kiddos and features 2 twin beds, various games and books for the young ones. It also has a walk-in closet adjacent to the room.
The shared hallway bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
Guests will be happy about the direct access to the pool area so you won’t have wet footprints in the house. The laundry room offers a washer and a dryer. Detergent pods are provided.

Guest access
The entire house is for the guests to use except for one owner closet next to the laundry room.
Currently the garage cannot be used either.

There is a shed on the left side of the house. There you can find all the beach gear, like beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach wagon, corn hole and other outdoor games.
Other things to note
Signing guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present as a guest in the house during time booked.

Please be mindful of our neighbors!
We are lucky to have very kind and friendly neighbors. Quiet time hours 10pm – 7am. No parties or events are allowed. Exceeding the noise audience could result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

Smoking is not allowed!
Pets are not allowed!

Pool and Deck:
Never leave children unattended!
There is a danger of drowning in the pool or in the canal!

The pool is kept at 80 degrees Fahrenheit and can be heated upon request to 86 degrees for an additional $20/night. This is used to cover our energy costs, and is charged as an extra fee in order to keep our nightly rate low for guests who choose not to heat the pool. It is highly recommended to heat the pool, if you plan to swim October-May, as while 80 is an acceptable swimming temperature, 86 is much more comfortable for spending extended time floating in the pool.
Please let us know in advance if you would like the pool heated, as it can take 12-24hours to warm up and we want to ensure you can enjoy it for your whole stay. Cold temperatures may impact the pool heaters ability to maintain the desired temperature. No refunds will be offered due to the weather conditions or other factors outside of our control.

! Please note that there is not a safety fence or alarm separating the pool and canal from the home, so additional supervision of children is required !
The Boat Lift is not included.
Parking:
The property has 2 Car spaces in front of the garage.
There is one additional parking spot within the circular driveway.
Boats and RVs are not allowed.

This property is externally monitored (non-private areas) with security cameras.
The cameras cover the garage area and front entry and the boat lift / dock area. The pool area is not monitored.
