Welcome to "Shore Thing"- This luxurious and spacious home features 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, plenty of space for your group to spread out and relax. This home is also handicap-friendly, with a spacious layout and a convenient elevator.
Arrive with ease and take advantage of covered parking with lighting for up to 6 cars. Inside, discover a host of modern amenities designed for comfort and convenience. Smart TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors, ensuring entertainment for everyone. A telescope is available for the night time star gazing.
The first floor is perfect for fun and relaxation, featuring a pool table, wet bar, and a den with a queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs, the second floor offers a large open living area and a second wet bar, making it ideal for gathering together. The reverse floor plan showcases the kitchen on the second floor so you can enjoy your meals with an ocean view.
Make the most of the ultimate outdoor living space, complete with a private pool, tiki bar, propane grill, and outdoor shower - perfect for making the most of your coastal vacation. For your days on the sand, we've provided six beach chairs to make beach outings a breeze, plus access to the garage fridge makes packing beach lunches easy.

BEDROOM/BATHROOM CONFIGURATIONS:
First Floor:
Room 1: King with Ensuite
Room 2: Two sets of Twin/Twin Bunk Beds
Room 3: Queen, Queen, Ensuite
Room 4: King with Shared Bath with Bunk Room
The den area includes a couch that pulls out into a Queen and a half bath.
Second Floor:
Room 5: King with Ensuite
Room 6: King with Shared Bath with Bunk Room
Room 7: Two sets of Twin/Twin Bunk Beds
On each floor there is a king bedroom whose bathroom has two doors: one leading to the bedroom and one leading to the hallway. Guests have the choice of locking the 2nd door to make it a private bathroom or leaving it unlocked to make it accessible to all. (Room 1 and Room 5)
BEACH ACCESS: The closest beach access is located at 232 Ocean Blvd W, approximately a 1 minute walk!
HOUSE RULES:
- NO SMOKING/VAPING ON PREMISE
- Minimum Rental Age is 30 Years old
- NO PETS
- Please do not use water balloons or chalk on the patio or driveway as they have caused permanent stains in the past.
- No deep fryers or fire pits are permitted for use on the property at any time.
- No Chinese lanterns or fireworks are allowed.
- Please do not move or rearrange furniture.
- No unauthorized parties or gatherings are allowed.
- No jumping or diving from balconies allowed at any time.
- No leaning or climbing on the balcony railings.
- Guests are responsible for supervising children and teens.
CANCELLATIONS & TRANSFERS: A guest may cancel a reservation and receive a full refund, excluding any credit card processing fees (a total of 4% of the total paid). Cancellation requests must be in writing (via email or letter) clearly stating cancellation of the reservation at least ninety (90) days before the check-in date. Cancellation requests within ninety (90) days of check-in date for any or no reason (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, will not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Oasis Vacations LLC. All cancellation requests shall be submitted in writing and are effective when received and confirmed by the Agent. All transfer requests shall be submitted in writing at least (90) days before the check-in date and are subject to approval.
