Occupancy: Only guests included in the original reservation are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Please note that check-ins are monitored to ensure compliance. No additional visitors or unregistered guests are allowed at any time.
Extra Guest Fees: If more guests are brought into the home than were registered at the time of booking, an additional per-person, per-night charge will be applied to the reservation.
Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free and vape-free home. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Furniture & Layout: To maintain the integrity of the space, please do not move furniture or rearrange the decor. An additional reorganization fee will be applied to the security deposit if items are not in their original locations upon checkout.
Cleanliness: While we want you to enjoy your stay, we ask that you leave the home in acceptable condition. If the property requires professional deep cleaning beyond standard turnover, additional cleaning charges will be applied.
No Pets: We maintain a strictly pet-free environment.
