This beautifully decorated 1876 Farmhouse includes everything you will need to enjoy a great vacation in Downtown Mystic. We are located within a 6 minute walk to Downtown Mystic and Seaport....

A wrap around, outdoor covered porch with rocking chairs and porch swing, and an enclosed porch with tables and chairs adorn both the front and side of this charming, updated 1876 Farmhouse. You’ll love the beautiful, landscaped back yard with stone walls, outdoor fireplace surrounded with Adirondack chairs, and a stone patio with propane gas grill for barbecuing with seating for Al Fresco dining!

The Farmhouse includes air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi Internet. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen which opens to dining room with large farm table and gas log fireplace, enclosed porch and Living room, flat screen TV & Bose sound system. Along with a full bath and laundry room. If comfort with all the modern conveniences and close proximity to Downtown Mystic is what you’re looking for, it's all right here and we look forward to having you stay with us! The 2nd floor consists of a master bedroom with new plush king size bed and flat screen tv. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor with new plush queen size beds and another full bath with a 2nd floor family room. The house sleeps 6. Please note that you walk through one bedroom to access the upstairs bathroom or from the back staircase.

A perfect house for a perfect week in Mystic. Such character in a quiet road but with all the amenities you need for your stay. Very comfy beds. Great bath and showers and lovely outdoor living space too.

Fantastic stay and beautiful, well-equipped property. Very close to everything in mystic, and the grounds were wonderful for our 16 month old. We enjoyed the outside fire chimney in the evenings. Cozy and well designed- exactly like the photos. We will be back!

The property was well maintained. The Farmhouse was beautiful. Very clean. The decor was excellent. Close to downtown. The host met us and explained everything about the house, gave a little house tour. Also gave suggestions about restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Definitely class A. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Michelle went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing thoughtful local food and drink recommendations, as well as special touches for our babies that made traveling so much easier. Their kindness, responsiveness, and attention to detail truly stood out.The home itself was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It was also in a perfect location! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse, and Michelle was delightful to work with. Her refurbishment of the 150-year-old home is exceptional, with impressive attention to detail throughout the house and yard. The home features modern appliances, a fully equipped kitchen with everything a chef could need, and two spacious full bathrooms. Everything was spotless. The fire pit, comfortable outdoor seating areas, and hammock made it easy to relax and socialize outdoors. It is an ideal place for three couples.

What a spectacular place to stay for our family gathering! The home was equipped with absolutely everything you could need. Everything was well labeled and easy to find and the host ensured we had everything needed. Our 14 month old toddled around safely and all the adults were comfortable in the sizeable beds.

The house was spotless and beautifully decorated and everything you could possibly need was provided. Comfy beds, huge bathtub, great shower, large dining table, The gardens were beautiful, spacious and private, plenty of parking. Location was good, could walk to the town. We were 4 adults & 2 kids, 6 & 8. The kids loved the house, they didn’t want to leave, especially the two staircases! We all loved the sunroom and front porch. Good water pressure, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, tv’s all over the place, plenty of closets and drawers, nooks & crannies for quiet times. I could go on forever. We definitely intend to go back. Thanks Michelle, for a wonderful vacation!

The Farmhouse in Mystic is undoubtedly the best property we have ever stayed at. The house is charming, tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, and comfortable. The host has anticipated every possible detail to ensure her guests have what they need to thoroughly enjoy their stay. The hospitality and thoughtfulness are unrivaled here. Awesome stay in Mystic!

This was our second stay at the Farmhouse and it was just as wonderful as our first. Michelle is the best host - thoughtful, communicative, and thinks of every detail. I love that we didn’t need to strip the beds and wash sheets on the way out, so easy! The house is absolutely beautiful and close to everything. We had a blast and hope to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mystic Farmhouse! This is a beautiful home, thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped for guests. It had everything we needed. It’s located on a quiet street a few blocks from the waterfront in Mystic making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we had all we needed for or vacation. She gave us great recommendations on what to see and do and made us feel very welcome. It was the perfect relaxing getaway. We hope to come back soon.

This was the most well provisioned property I have ever stayed at! Our hostess thought of everything including comfortable beds, pillows, towels along with basic toiletries. The kitchen is stocked with every pot, pan and appliance you need to cook if interested. She provided coffee and all the fixings, plus a welcome charcuterie plate and wine when we arrived. The house was beautiful!Its a short walk to downtown Mystic, and a perfect location to see so many CT sights. We loved it!

Delightful Farmhouse

It was a perfect home with all the amenities you could possibly ask for. It was warm and cozy. The host saw to the smallest details from supplies for s’mores to everything we needed for coffee the next morning. Just superb and words cannot express how delightful the town and people are.

Michelle made our experience so memorable! The Farmhouse was so quaint and perfectly fit everyone for our bachelorette weekend. Family Time

We had an amazing time at the Farmhouse. It is impeccable- beautifully furnished and clean. Everything felt new and thoughtfully prepared to host guests. Michelle was incredible to work with. The location cannot be beat - close to downtown Mystic and the shops and restaurants. We can not wait to return for a third stay.
