The Space:
Our space is east of the busy Padre Blvd off Parade St. It is a first floor condo with no stairs and the property has a ramp up to pool & common area from parking.
This space has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. With a very large kitchen for a condo that flows into the living room / dining area.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, cookware, etc to cook more convenient & cost saving delicious home cooked meals with a dining space for four, with additional seating at the bar for two.
The living room has a patio off of it, with a couch and 2 chairs, as well as a larger flat screen TV to settle in for family movie time after the beach Basic cable is included for local programming plus WIFI / internet on the smart TV or if you have work to do.
Please do take note that this condo is professionally cleaned and stocked with all towels, linens, soaps etc, it is an older condo that is not a full remodel or anything. It is great for families but again, not brand new and we want proper expectations so no disappointments
The 1 level floor plan on the ground floor has a hallway with a small laundry closet with washer & dryer, and two bedrooms. The master has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom as well. There is also a pull out couch in living room to sleep 6 – though we allow 8. Please bring extra bedding if you want to use the pull OR you wish to bring an airbed to get you to the 8 people.
The ground floor patio off the living is a spot for morning coffee or an sunset margarita, though quite private the patio does not really have a view. Yu can bring an electric grill to BBQ but charcoal and gas are not allowed. You can charcoal BBQ grill on the beach that is allowed
Our space has a decent location not too far from Claytons Beach Bar, Kellys Irish Pub, the iconic Coral Reef Karaoke bar as well as Island Market bodega really close
The beach access is less than 5 minute walk from this spact.
Once your day at the beach is done and kiddos not quite ready, use the community pool here or relax on the 2nd level sundeck
This space truly accommodates 6 people, but up to 8 are allowed just understand that there is not sleeping space for that many. Bring extra bedding if you plan on using the pull out couch or if you bring an airbed for my spots

There is one parking space marked for this condo with no guest parking, that is a big drawback we want to fully discolose –there is sometimes parking along Gulf Blvd that is no charge as city street but not guaranteed open.
Our South Padre Island Short Term rental license is available upon request
We provide to our guests a starter pack of basic toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, soaps & dishwasher pods are provide though it is not unlimited nor restocked.
Towels & linens are provided & for stays 3 nights or more, may be exchanged at our office at no charge. We do not provide beach towels or gear.
After booking is made, you will be required to provide your email for a City required Rental Agreement you will be electronically sent and can sign with your finger on your phone. You must attach a pic of your photo ID to age verify as 25 years of age or older. If you are not 25, you must contact us prior to booking as there are additional requirements.
We cannot check you in nor provide a door code without a signed rental agreement and pic of your photo ID
1 pet is allowed for a $75 pet fee plus tax. Property quiet time is 9 pm to 9 am, loud noises are never allowed, nor smoking, parties, nor unregistered guests even for the day – sorry!
In the month of March as well as Easter which fluctuates dates, this condo doe have a $25 per person condo security wristband fee plus 17% tax on them as charged by the HOA association - this is not our fee we simply pre collect as a matter of helping and check in speed. This fee is not optional in March & Easter week (dates vary ask us)

You must read & agree to ALL house rules prior to booking - failing to do so is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund request.
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in, not before. You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules, and paid either the $59 fee for the damage cover plan OR paid the $500 refundable damage deposit all are handled thru the airbnb resolution center. We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.
Please ask questions prior to booking - we would be glad to assist.

We recommend CIty Taxi or BB's taxi. There is a free island transit shuttle that operates during the day up and down padre blvd are stops
