The Space:
Our Surfside I condo unit 303 is less than one block from the beach in a well-kept complex with an included one-car garage. Easy and free public beach access just down the street makes taking your family to the beach simple.
This condo is super clean and ready for you and your family. We've designed it to be very family-friendly and enjoyable.
This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo is on the 3rd floor and features 100% brand new furniture as of Jan 15, 2024, including all new paint and fixtures. The condo offers a fully equipped kitchen for easy meal prep, an in-unit washer and dryer, and various beds to accommodate families.
Upon entering, you'll find the spare bedroom to the left, storage and laundry room to the right, and an open-concept kitchen that flows into the living room and patio.
The patio is one of the highlights of the property, overlooking the courtyard and community heated hot tub area with nice furniture to enjoy morning coffee or sunset margaritas.
The master bedroom has an en suite half bath with sink and toilet, a king bed, and a new smart TV. The spare bedroom has an adult-sized bunk bed with full-sized mattresses and a pull-out trundle bed underneath, providing a total of three beds. The living room also has a pull-out couch for an incredible amount of sleeping space, allowing up to 8 total guests.
The living room features a smart TV, while the bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming. The property has the fastest available spectrum internet/Wi-Fi.
Unique features include the convenient 1-car garage on the ground level for beach gear or parking. This is a walk-up 3rd level with no elevator. There is assigned free parking for 2 total vehicles off the street.
The property grounds have a pool and heated hot tub in the courtyard for guest use. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have questions prior to booking. It is important to read all house rules prior to booking and ask questions before booking, not after.
Property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd with a public office open from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm daily.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps and shampoos, and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor resupplied.
Please note:
Our listing requires that the primary tenant be 25 years of age or older to book and be present at check-in. Contact us prior to booking if you are not 25—no exceptions.
An e-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID is required after booking to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License. You may e-sign the rental agreement via DocuSign prior to arrival. Provide your email address and attach a photo of your ID to verify your age.
During March spring break, there is a non-refundable $25 HOA fee per person for security wristbands required to stay at the property.
