The Space:
The Sea Dancer complex is a very well kept 8 plex less than 1 block to the beach or less than 5 minutes walk.
When you pull up to the complex, you will notice the clean white stucco, park and walk past the sparkling pool thru your patio into the ground floor. Once you enter, you will see the all tile floors and high ceiling - this all feels clean and bright.
One bedroom condos of this size are hard to find especially of this size- while this space isn't brand new remodeled, it still feels extremely well kept and comfortable. This kitchen is ready to go with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker & coffee, an oven, a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and eat in kitchen tacos that opens up directly to the living room area so the family can hang out.
The master bedroom has a decent queen bed, with en suite full bathroom and a flat screen TV to wind down if your kiddos go to sleep out in the living room on the sleeper sofa that is a full sized bed. We do provide an airbed & pump just in case you need separate beds. Please do bring bedding and pillows if you plan on using the pull out or airbed :)
You can walk out to the patio that is just for this condo off the pool - but please not it is not extremely private does have a couple chairs for morning coffee or sunset margaritas. The pool while not heated has sun loungers and is of perfect depth for floating & hanging out, or to wear your kiddos out after a long day at the beach.
As this is on the east side or beachside of Padre Blvd the busy 4 lane, your family can get to a public beach access point easy.
This condo features:
*2 off street free parking spaces (a golf cart is considered a vehicle)
*Air conditioning
*Wifi/internet and a smart TV in living room
- The pool is open 9 am to 9 pm, though if youre quiet going to 10 pm is generally allowed. Property quiet time is 9 pm to 9 am - so if you are of the party type, this complex won't be a good choice for you.
We do allow an absolute max of 5 people - and the primary guest must be 25 years of age or older.
While we have the best available Internet/wifi from spectrum they are the only provider on the island and up time and coverage can be spotty at times we want you to be aware of that
If you can't find the network name SouthPadreTrips it's usually means we had a power outage and when the power comes back on It typically defaults the router to the factory network name and password, which is located on a sticker on top of the router.
Generally, if you reboot the router by unplugging it for a few minutes and plugging it back in it will pop up
Please inquire about off season discounts Sept 15 to Dec 15 for stays 3 nights or more as well as active military discounts year round!

We provide a starter pack of basic toiletries like toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, a couple trash bags & dishwasher pods as well as some starter soaps - this is not unlimited nor do we replenish, so please do bring some or visit the nearby dollar store.
This complex is super walkable to dozens of bars and restaurants, minimizing your need for a car.
it is very important that BEFORE you book, you read and agree to ALL house rules - please please do not book if you have not reviewed them as there are rules to stay here, for example no pets.
Note that after you book, this complex does require you do an additional $59 damage coverage protection plan policy OR place down a $500 refundable damage deposit. Please do not book this complex if this is a problem, as there are no exceptions to this with a strict HOA. We will bill for this for your convenience after you book via the airbnb resolution center - and you must agree to provide your email address for the required e signature rental agreement we must have along with an uploaded pic of your photo ID to maintain our Short Term Rental License by the City of South Padre (license number of course available upon request.)

We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before.
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules, and paid either the $59 fee for the damage cover plan OR paid the $500 refundable damage deposit all are handled thru the airbnb resolution center.
We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.
