IMPORTANT POLICIES
• Dogs only: a $150 non-refundable pet fee per reservation is added after booking. Unauthorized pets or policy violations may result in a $300 fine.
• No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fine.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
• Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
• A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.
