You will have full access to this home and we will provide contact-free check-in information after booking. Parking under the carport for 1 vehicle and room for 1-2 additional cars on the long-ish driveway.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee. Dog kennel available on request. Our insurance policy prohibits certain breeds so disclosure of your pet's size and breed is required.

There is a multidirectional camera on the exterior of the property with views of the front and side doors for the safety of our guests & property. There are no cameras facing the interior of the property.

No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs in the house. Odor remediation of any kind will result in a minimum $250 charge.

First and last names of all guests aged 18+ must be provided in writing prior to check-in.

Guests must sign the Renter Agreement no later than 48 hours prior to check-in.

FAQ's

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home for you! Assume check-in will be at 3pm but you can reach out the day of check-in and we might be able to accommodate. If you NEED an early check in, consider booking the night before so you can check-in upon arrival.

Late Check-out?
- Maybe. It depends on our next guests. We will not guarantee a late check out until the day before checkout. Reach out and we will see if we can accommodate! If you need extra time, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

Luggage Drop Off?
- Sometimes. Let us know what you need and how much stuff and we will try to accommodate.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.

Is the home suitable for children?
- Sure is! We have a couple items that will help out. Pack n Play, toddler mattress (upon request), door at the top of the stairs, high chair, kid dinnerware & utensils.

Can we bring pets?
- Mostly yes! Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee. Dog kennel available on request. Our insurance policy prohibits certain breeds so disclosure of your pet's size and breed is required.

Can we have people over?
- Yes, kind of. We expect all guests to be listed on the reservation. If you are having people pop in, give us a heads up. We will not allow open invite parties or a number of people over what our city occupancy limit allows.
