Great place! Perfect for our family. Very clean! Beds were extremely comfortable and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen and outdoor area are great also!!

We had an awesome weekend! The check-in/check-out process was super simple. The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for all 15 of us to sleep comfortably, and the outdoor space was great - loved the cornhole and Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. Had plenty of parking out back for all of our cars. Nearby grocery/liquor stores, and getting Ubers to the downtown/Broadway area was always super easy! Thanks for a great trip!

Our group came to Nashville for a conference at the Gaylord. Our stay at the house was wonderful. In fact, the only complaint we had was that the conference was so long that we didn't get enough time to enjoy the house and the beautiful outdoor section of the property. There are 4 bedrooms, but with the layout being what it was, all 6 of us felt like we had our own private space. This is a great VRBO option for anyone coming to Nashville.

This place is AWESOME!! We utilized it as home base for a wedding party for a wedding venue that is just 1.5 miles away, and it was perfect. Great decor, plenty of beds, huge hang out spaces both inside and outside, and a large, terrific kitchen for entertaining. This place has. everything you need. Very conveniently located making it easy to get to Nashville or just hang around the North Nashville area. Ideal for groups! Highly recommend!!

We were blown away by this amazing VRBO! The host was very easy and quick to communicate with at all times, and attentive to any need we had. The home was unique and fit our family of 13, from ages 2-72. The entire home was spotless, and well appointed. With small children, it was perfect to have the rooms with bunks attached to the parents' rooms, while private with a bath and two tvs. The two king bedrooms were spacious and lovely with extra large showers. We loved having one bath with a tub, for the little ones. The kitchen looked brand new and was well set-up for our large group to eat together. Being away from the bedrooms, and just off the covered patio and large living area, it was quiet and very handy. The children enjoyed the backyard, and the weather cooperated for them to spend time outside, when we weren't busy with wedding activities. There was plenty of parking available and the location was between our two venues, which made it easily accessible. We were near highways to get downtown to sightsee and to nearby restaurants. We would return her in a heartbeat!

Very convenient location. Safe area. Very roomy and perfect for a big group and had all we needed. Very clean. Great kitchen space. Wonderful place and would definitely go back. We used the fire pit and outdoor space both nights-great for kids too. Host very responsive. An easy 10 score for us!

Booked a golf trip with 12 guys can be challenging. This place is definitely a place for us to come back to. The covered patio with fire pit just outside that was definitely our gathering spot before and after golf! The management team communicated well along the way and during our stay! Highly recommend this place for adults and families!

This Vrbo is one of the most hidden gems in Goodlettsville/Nashville area. My family and I had a great time in the vrbo. The accessibility to everything was a plus. I loved the communication between the renters and vrbo. If a concerned arose it was met with an immediate response. There is so much I can say that made our stay awesome parking, spaciousness within the vrbo, personal bathrooms in every room, common restroom in the hallway, openness of the kitchen/dining area, patio, and the area was very quiet during our stay. These are just a few things.We would rent again!

Perfect place!

This property was very nice. We absolutely love the outdoor patio and unfortunately, it rained every day and we could not use the fire pit which we were looking forward to. The beds are all very comfortable and bathrooms were nice. The bedrooms had plenty of room. We didn’t cook much and ate out a lot as we were close to downtown Nashville about 20 minute drive which is what we wanted.. I would definitely stay here again. The people were so easy to talk to and work with.

Wonderful, beautiful home close to Nashville

We stayed at the house with family for a wedding. The house is spacious and well equipped. We cooked many meals at the house and had everything we needed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom which is great. 2 of the bedrooms are split with a queen bed in front and triple bunks in back. This was wonderful for us with 3 kids. It was almost like a separate room but the kids were close to us. The game room was fun and we loved the outdoor patio area as well. It was perfect to have some extended family to visit with the wedding couple for the day. Owners are very quick to respond via messages if anything is needed. Overall, I highly recommend! We had a great time!

Senior Class Trip

The property is beautiful and homey, although the parking area could use a little refresh. Bedrooms were comfortable, bathrooms lovely. (Note--the twin beds are actually fold-out ottomans, suitable more for a child.) We especially enjoyed having multiple "living" areas so some could relax and read, some could watch a movie, and others could play games. Proximity to the tourist areas was good--far enough to avoid the busyness but close enough to get downtown or to the Opry in less than a half hour. It's also close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other stores you might need. When we were staying there, there was some nighttime construction on the street outside the house, but generally the neighborhood is quiet. You may want to note that it is on Main Street, meaning it's surrounded by small businesses, not other homes. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
