The pool may be used at your own risk and there is no lifeguard on duty. No glass allowed near the pool. There is no pool around the fence. We have landscapers and pool cleaners who will be at the house from time to time. They make their own schedule and may arrive during your visit. They will be outside only. Absolutely no parties allowed at this property. The property is monitored by outside cameras and an inside noise monitoring system. It only alerts us when the noise level is too loud. We cannot hear what the noise is.

You will have the entire home to yourself.

If you end up cancelling within the refund timeline, you will receive your money back based on our cancellation policy minus the payment processing fee (8%).

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is `accepted`. If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We`ve put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a family-oriented residential area, please respect the neighbors.

Once you`ve booked with us, we ask that you keep all communication within the booking platform. That`s the best way to keep in touch and keep all the details in one place.

By using the swimming pool, hot tub, and any amenities or items located on the property, guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility and liability for their use. Guests agree to use all facilities at their own risk and assume all responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur during their stay. There is no life guard or fence around the pool, hot tub, or nearby river.
