We want to make sure that all of our guests have the best experience possible. Unfortunately, we cannot remedy the design on the first floor. We are sorry you found it to be dark, however, most guests seem to enjoy the privacy. We appreciate you reaching out to us about the refrigerator. Per our 100% performance guarantee of prompt and reliable service, we were happy to be able to send repairmen to work on the leak. Unfortunately, it needed a part and we are disappointed it was not able to be fixed during your stay. We understand this property did not meet your expectations, however, we have many homes in the Destin area, and invite you to experience some of our other premier properties. We would love to welcome you back to the beach.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent stay. We are happy we were able to accommodate you at the last minute due to your displacement by the hurricane. We are so sorry that everything was not as you expected. Upholstery will be cleaned when we get a break from rentals as it takes a day or two for the furniture to completely dry. We have passed on your suggestion for kitchen items and scissors to the property manager as the end of the season is when inventory is taken and items are replenished. We are very sorry that the patio furniture was not moved before your arrival. We never intended for you to do it yourself. Again, even though your arrival was short notice, there were things that we should have taken care of and we apologize. This is certainly not the impression we are trying to make with our valued guests. We hope you will give us the opportunity to impress you in the future.
