Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the communication throughout your stay and the beautiful beach views. We're truly sorry the pool did not meet your expectations. During your stay, you reached out on Tuesday to let us know the water looked a little murky and asked when the next pool service was scheduled. We let you know the pool company was already scheduled to service the pool the following day, and after that conversation, we didn't receive any additional concerns about the pool for the remainder of your stay. It wasn't until after your departure, when you shared your checkout photos, that we realized the issue had become much more significant. Our pool company discovered during their service that a component had unexpectedly failed and needed to be replaced. Until then, we had no knowledge that there was a mechanical issue affecting the pool, and unfortunately we weren't aware that it had deteriorated to the condition shown in your checkout photos. Had we known sooner, we would have immediately escalated the issue and worked to resolve it as quickly as possible. We pride ourselves on being responsive, and as you mentioned, we communicated frequently throughout your stay, including upon your arrival, so we certainly would have appreciated the opportunity to address the problem while you were still enjoying your vacation. The repair has been completed, and we're happy to report that the pool is now operating perfectly.
