Inspired by the grand villas of Italy, Seastar Palazzo is a true luxury estate which calls our favorite beach it’s home. This 9 bedroom home is directly across from the beach with sweeping views of white sand and emerald green waters in the front and a tropical lake on the rear. Renew your senses in the large heated* 20x40 resort style pool overlooking the lake. The pool area includes an outdoor cooking area as well.

Luxury abounds throughout Seastar Palazzo. The award winning design of this home proudly features a chef’s kitchen, elevator, 7 large suites, sweeping views of the Gulf Of Mexico and a tropical lake. Additional luxury features include a daily beach chair setup. Walk directly across the street to the beach entrance and the Crab Trap restaurant and beach bar.

Seastar Palazzo features 6 King suites with private bathrooms, 1 Queen suite with private bathroom, and 2 bunk rooms with 4 Queen beds in each. This 6000 sq ft home can comfortably accommodate 22 guests.

The parking area accommodates up to eight vehicles including two spots in the garage.

Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest!

Home Layout:
1st Floor sleeps 20: Southwest King Room with bath (sleeps 2), Kitchenette leading to Pool, Northeast King Room with bath (sleeps 2), Southeast Bunk Bed Room with 4 Queens (sleeps 8), 2nd Bunk Room with 4 Queens (sleeps 8), Shared Bathroom and Laundry area.
2nd Floor sleeps 4: Open Kitchen and Living Room with Grand Balcony, North King Room with bathroom (sleeps 2), East Queen Room with bathroom (sleeps 2).
3rd Floor sleeps 6: Southeast Master King Room with Bathroom and Gulf Views (sleeps 2), Southwest Master King Room with bathroom and Gulf Views (sleeps 2), Northwest King Room with Bathroom (sleeps 2).

Four foldable beach chairs are provided at the house for your convenience. We also offer discounts on bicycle, scooter, and golf cart rentals.

No trailers, oversized vehicles, buses, RVs, or street parking is allowed. Up to 8 standard size vehicles may fit on the parking pad.

**Daily Beach chair with umbrella setup is included and runs from March 1 - October 31 starting in 2021.

Weddings or events at the home require additional $500 fee and any necessary permitting.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!

**Pool can be heated from October 1 - May 30 for an additional daily fee. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival**

Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided. Any additional items needed are the responsibility of guests.

If you would like a Golf Cart we suggest contacting Ecco Motors, they will deliver any electric vehicle and bicycles to ALL of our locations! Furthermore, they will give you 10% off as well. This means all you have to do is call their phone number and tell them that you are staying with us.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.$350 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
