Shady Palms Retreat is currently available October through December 2026. Following the winter reservation, availability resumes April 1, 2027 for spring and summer stays. Lexington Country Club requires a 30-day minimum rental period.

As part of Southmont Cove in Lake Village, guests enjoy access to Lexington Country Club's extensive resort-style amenities, including community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce courts, fitness facilities, clubhouse dining, social activities, and the popular Island Club and Tiki Bar.

Golf enthusiasts can enjoy Lexington Country Club's championship pay-to-play golf course, with tee times based on availability and priority given to Golf Village residents and owners.

Lexington Country Club is a gated community with a manned entrance and community patrol, conveniently located near Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, shopping, dining, grocery stores, medical facilities, and other Southwest Florida attractions.
