The large gourmet kitchen is a chefâs dream, complete with everything needed to create memorable meals, while the connected dining and seating areas create a perfect flow for entertaining and connecting with loved ones. Enjoy meals at the dining room table for six, or gather around the bar with seating for two. A cozy additional table for four invites guests to enjoy board games, puzzles, or intimate conversations.
The heart of the home is the main living room, featuring a plush sectional, a 65` TV, and a stunning electric fireplace thatâs ideal for movie nights or catching the big game. Step out from this level onto the spacious deck, where youâll find seating for outdoor dining and spectacular viewsâthe ideal setup for relaxed summer evenings.
For even more space and privacy, head downstairs to the expansive walk-out basement, where a second living room and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms await. This level also opens up to a ground-level patio, where you will find a large Weber grill and a firepit provides the perfect backdrop for gathering and socializing outside.
Looking for more room? There are two additional Casitas on this property. You can rent the Scenic Views Home and the Casitas will be rented to other guests separately, or choose to rent the Entire Scenic Views Estate (different listing) for exclusive use of the full property.
