People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight without permission from the host

Keep the property and furnishings in good order. If you find anything to be broken or not in working order, please let us know

The owner of the home is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables brought by the guest. We encourage you to lock the door(s) whenever you leave

We do not charge a pet fee yet expect owners to be responsible and clean up after their pets both inside (pet hair and dirt tracked in) and outside the home (pet waste). If there is excess cleaning needed after your stay, we will charge $75/hour for extra cleaning with an hour minimum.

Please do not leave your pet unattended inside or outside the home.
